Bio and Links
Bio Photo A longtime interest in genealogy and cemeteries paired with a fascination (alright, obsession) with local history brought me to Find A Grave. Wandering around cemeteries, researching and connecting the dots are the best aspects of genealogy for me. I'm also drawn to the design and typography of headstones--faux bois and Art Nouveau styles are my favorites. And sometimes a stone with the light hitting it just right demands to have its picture taken.

All information I've posted is in the public domain (and some sources have wrong data), but if you'd like to have it removed or changed--or if I've made a wrong intuitive leap, please let me know. Likewise, feel free to contact me to have a relative transferred. Please show me the courtesy of letting me know that you would like to reuse one of my photos. Unhelpful messages from people without a F-A-G account will not be responded to.

Purnell memorials
Dear Debbie,
Thank you very much for all the transfers. If I happen to come across anyone that has a closer relationship to them, I in turn will gladly transfer the memorials to them. Right now, my hope is to find someone related.

Thank you so much for your time and contribution!

Hi Debbie,
Sure--I'd be happy to take them. Lovilla is my 2nd Great Grand Aunt. I'm trying to find a photo of her to post. Anyway, thank you for the headstone photo and for taking care of them til now. Happy evening to you, Kathlene

Although this is a relative of my sister-in-law I would be happy to help you out by taking over the site for you. I'm not sure what it entails but yes. Thank you for all you have done. Marilyn W.

Thanks for the obit!

I would be very happy to manage the Purcell and Gray memorials you created. Thanks. I have to figure out what I sent you that you did not get around to posting. :)

I would love to have the Purnell memorials if you are interested in transferring them to me. But, not necessary if you'd rather not. My i.d. is #47586445.

Thank you so much!

Great memorial for Enoch. Just wondering if you're related? He was my gr grand uncle. I will send you further information, if you are related.

Thank you,

Rose and Stanley Knott
Thank you for being willing to "take good care of" the Knotts. I much prefer to have an interested family member, even distant and by marriage, manage memorials I have created for the volunteer gravestone photos I have taken. :) -Judi

Wilson Knott photo request
I just added a photo for Wilson and thought you would like to know I also found his wife Rose, and son Stanley buried in the same plot. I created memorials for Rose and Stanley and added monument photos for them as well. I would be happy to transfer them to you if you would like. Please feel free to copy and use the photos as if they were yours, I take them/give them as a volunteer and do not expect any recognition. -Judi
