Permission Requested
Tammy, Awhile back I posted three of your headstone photos, Abraham, Jerusha, and Griffin Sanders, to my Ancestry page. I am afraid that I neglected to ask your permission at the time. I have the photos clearly credited to you, and I also included the number of the findagrave memorial for each of them. May I have your permission to keep them up?

Tammy, I have searched and finally found all of the ones in the cemetery. I will put as an edit the mother and father of each. Thank you for taking care of these on Find A Grave for us.

Tinsley and extended families
Tammy, Thank you so much for doing such a great job with Find A Grave. Isaac Tinsley was the son of James and Sarah Vernon Tinsley who were my direct ancestors. James married twice and there were quite a few children. I have been working for many years on my extended family. It seems that they were all prolific. Thank you for working with Find A Grave and making it possible for me to find part of them. I hope you would not mind my making pictures of your photos for my family files on Ancestry and Family TreeMaker. I like to get permission before I use another persons work. I am 87 and want to leave as much as I can of our heritage on Ancestry for all of our extended family to have access to.
Thank you,
Eleanor Morrison Lawson (

Daryl Anthony Hall, SLMPD
Tammy, St Peters Cemetery on Lucas & Hunt has confirmed for me that Officer Hall now has a marker on his grave. The next time you go by can you please take a photo of the headstone and then delete the empty lot photo for me.

Goddard Cemetery in Creal Springs
Tammy, I am trying to find Goddard cemetery in Creal Springs. When I click on the map it takes me to north of Johnston City. Is the map correct? If not can you give me directions with road names coming from Marion IL? Thank you so much.

Mary A. Otrich #120629809

Thank you so much for taking this photo for me. This is my great-great-great grandmother. I'm just sorry this memorial is so hard to read. Mary was married to George Washington Otrich, Sr. I wanted to know if they shared a gravestone as he is not listed in the cemetery. He died 27 years before she did. I think I can make out G.W. Otrich on the stone, but it probably says wife of G.W. Otrich. She is also listed in this cemetery under her second husband's name, so I was hoping this would clear things up. Anyway, your photo gave me a pretty good hint this is her because of the G.W.
Thanks again. I really appreciate it.
Take care,
