PHOTOS: You are welcome to use my photos for your personal / genealogical use. DO NOT duplicate them on Find A Grave. Please credit directly under the photo if published or used on a website. (Armantia@findagrave.com)|
I am happy to add links to spouses and parents.
TRANSFERS: I will consider "out-of-guidelines" transfers if you are adding PHOTOS OF THE PERSON and/or BIOGRAPHICAL MATERIAL. I do ongoing research on local families & cemeteries and often find materials myself, plus I know local researchers and descendants. I won't transfer just because of a surname or a distant relationship. If you're not adding anything, why do you want it? Are you willing to edit and update when asked?
Thanks to everyone who submits information.

I am going through the Conover Cemetery and linking as many people as possible using my database of 174,000 Catawbans.
I appreciate all that you do which is truly amazing.
For your miscarvings cemetery.

|Pipedreamer||RE: Carl, Sr.|
Carl Sr. was probably one of the last, if not the last person the knew and remembered Robert Houck. I recall seeing an image of the two together circa 1930. He appeared to be 4-5 years old. I didn't know Carl Sr. though I met him at an old reunion YEARS ago.
I saw where Carl Sr. passed away. He about made it to 100.
Hope you are well.
Thank you cousin for the image. I really appreciate it.
|Laura Smith Parton||Thank You|

You are so very welcome! I'm glad you liked it. Rather odd publication, but I agree, it was revolutionary for it's time with a female publisher/editor. I'm still looking for another copy. Supposedly they also produced the "Charter Oak" I think? If I find something I don't want, I'll turn you on to it if you like.

Thank you for making all these corrections so quickly. I was there three times in the last week taking pictures, digging up stones and recording information. I still have quite a few memorials to add.
Thank you so much for transferring memorials for Darrin, Vee and Jay Moose. Your help is most appreciated. Sharon
