Bio and Links
Bio Photo I find copying headstones interesting, I like finding interesting people with interesting story's. Most my family buried in the greater Philadelphia area but I live in the Harrisburg area so I'll copy headstones here. Worked inside most my life and wanted to be outside after I retired so copied headstones and published them in the Quarterly once issued by the Capital Area Genealogical Society.

Please use 'edit' tab on memorial page for corrections and or additional information.
I now strictly adhere to the Find A Grave guidelines regarding transfers. No exceptions. Requests made that fall outside of the guidelines, or do not state relationship, are no longer being acknowledged. Virtual cemeteries are the way to "gather" your ancestors together.

Please don't justify an out-of-guideline transfer request for the sake of adding links and/or other information. Am perfectly capable of doing this, especially now with the new EDIT system - much quicker than transferring. If you decide to not forward information or links because a transfer isn't done, then that's your decision.

Just a note to add info for you. My great uncle, Earl was born 24 May 1894 and died 09 March 1940. Sorry to bother you with this but I couldn't add it to his memorial page

Frank Family Headstone
Mr. Viguers,

We want to express our deep appreciation for your service taking pictures of headstones in cemeteries. My wife Holly Frank Babcock was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved away as a teenager. We have been searching for her aunts information for years. They died in infancy and early childhood. Her parents are deceased so we were unable to get their information.

Thank you, we are truly grateful.

Saunda G Reynolds Find A Grave Memorial# 81622338
My name is Vincent Castelli. I'm doing the research for the Henry Reynolds (b 1655) Family Line. Saunda seems to be part of that line but I can find no record of her in the 1880 census records or Pennsylvania Vital Stats.

Can you tell me how you connected her to Amor and Anna Edwards Reynolds.

You can contact me directly at

Thank for your help.

RE: Mount Olivet Cemetery Graves
Thank you Robert, would you be able to provide an image of the burial lot records for Oliver and Catherine Troup if it is not too much trouble?

Mount Olivet Cemetery Graves
Mr Viguers, I visited Mount Olivet Cemetery to find 3 ancestors, Oliver Troup, a Civil War veteran of the 20th PA Cavalry who likely died from complications of his wounds received in 1863. We are also looking for Catharine Troup who is supposedly buried next to him and a John Troup who may also be a relative. We could not locate the graves, Section 22 Lot E Grave number 5 and 6 for Oliver and Catharine, or Section 55 Lot E Grave 1. Is it possible that all 3 are together in either lot 22 or 55? We were at both of these sections but could not find any stones at these locations for these 3 individuals. I am wondering if you can tell me how you determined the locations if the stones are missing? Do you have access to records? It was a shame that we could not find these relatives, and would like to confirm the plot numbers on these memorial pages. If possible, it is my goal to have a stone and GAR marker placed since Oliver was a combat veteran and deserves a marker like the other troops in this cemetery.

Wrong family
Hi, There seems to be some confusion about Walter Harry Mader memorial #124805650 and Walter Harrison Mader memorial #50691698. Walter HARRISON Mader is the son of Daniel Mader memorial # 40572333 and Mary Bell Mader memorial #40572332. Vera Moyer Mader memorial #50691683 is the wife of Walter HARRISON mader. They had three children Leon Ellsworth Mader memorial #50691714, Alice B. Mader and Cecil Walter Mader (1917-1942)

Walter HARRY Mader memorial #124805650 is the son of Charles Augustus Mader memorial #51502837 and Emma Mae Deeters Mader memorial #51502837. Doris Wenrick Mader memorial #61708433 is the wife of Walter HARRY Mader.

Charles Augustus Mader and Emma Mae Deeters Mader had the following children: Charles William Mader,Hazel Elvira Mader Coufman, Violet Mae Mader Diamond, David Edward Mader, Benjamin Franklin Mader memorial #51502833 and Walter HARRY Mader. Walter HARRY Mader and Walter HARRISON are distant cousins. I hope this clears up the confusion. Donna Mader Reichard
