Evelyn Dorene Snipes Berry
I have updated the pages for Evelyn and her husband, Shannon Wallace Berry, in Maple Hill Cemetery, Wabaunsee County, Kansas.

Please go to your Edit tab then use the Display drop-down menu to select "Edits I have sent that were declined". Scroll thru the pages until you find the ones I declined. I remember one had a woman as Sarah's father. In addition, I do not want to link to Anna's memorial until her Maiden Name entry is corrected to Find A Grave's "Naming Conventions". I submitted that Edit on 6/26/2016. Also, I would greatly appreciate if you would provide a source document for the relationship, in accordance with the last paragraph of FAQ 169.

Wells inquiry
Thanks for your answer. From Robert's online obituary, it does seem that he had at least two brothers. If you know any of his relatives who might still be living in the same area, we would really like to contact them about the brother who served in Europe in WW II in our dad's division.

Saw your flower on his memorial, and it seems you knew him well. Do you know if his brother Paul was killed in WW II? My brother and I are trying to find Paul's relatives; our father was right behind Paul when he was shot by a sniper and often spoke of him.

Re: Ona Belle (York) Jeffers Campbell
The Belle buried with John is not Ona, she is John York's 3rd wife Flora Belle Jeffers, they were married 25,Dec,1900 in Miami Co. IN. Ona married Flora Belle's brother Charles E Jeffers, they had 2 daughter Esther & Mary, they moved to California & then divorced, Charles came back to Miami Co. with the 2 girls & married again, raised his daughters, Ona stayed in California & married Donald Campbell. Donald died in 1940, don't know what happened to her, she may have married again. I have submitted an obituary for Flora Belle (Jeffers) York which definitely proves who she was. I know that Ona Belle was living with her grandparents in 1900 & she was born Dec,1887. I hope this added information helps you.

Re: Re: Palmer David Lesher
Have you ever thought that the Palmer Lesher you are looking for is the same. Ima didn't pass on until 1991, as my experience when I was widowed I kept all utilities in my husband's name, I went to change everything & they said it wasn't necessary, it is a common thing with widows. This could be a case with Ima just keeping everything the same.
