Genealogy Librarian by profession. It is a goal of mine to have a Findagrave site for each of my relatives. I'm hooked! I've loved cemeteries since I was a child and lead tours each year of our city cemetery. If there is any information you would like to add to any of the memorials I have done, just let me know! I want the memorials to be as complete as possible, so the more information, the better the memorial! Each one I put up is a person who lived, breathed and died. I want to honor their existance. If the memorial is within Findagrave transfer guidelines, I would be happy to transfer. I am currently documenting the burials of Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in LaSalle Parish, LA. All of those Smith and Edwards people are my family!|

|Little Marie||RE: Nathaniel Smith|
Just so you know, this cemetery where Nathaniel Smith is buried is on Find A Grave under another name also. I was not aware of this when I went to the cemetery, looked at the sign at the cemetery to verify that I was at the right place, and started adding names. Don't know why it is also on Find A Grave under a different name. I decided to leave my memorials because I've made so many links and many of the people there are my relatives. Thanks for your work in this cemetery. Little Marie
|Little Marie||Nathaniel Smith|
You suggested some edits for Nathaniel Smith who is interred in Oak Ridge, La, he was the son of Jackson Smith. Are you related to Nathaniel? If so then we are related. The tree gets pretty tangled as the Hanby's and Smiths married and then one Smith son, Williamson, married his first cousin Leathy Redd Moore...anyway I'm related to all of them. Thankss LIttle Marie

I completely understand. Thank you for making the correction. Do you know if Nettie is also in that cemetery? I know she died quite a few years after him.
|Ron Manley||RE: Jesse Edwards|
My apologies... I misread "he" as "she".

you can make updates if you like.
Got a question for you. My grandmother Arveda Kerns Inghram Thorckmorton died march 23 2013, born sept 1917, Green county Pennsylvania, buried a green county memorial. My question is, I cant find her. She was supposed to be buried next to Arthur K Inghram buried at the same cemetery if that helps. He died 1980. If you need any more information feel free to message me

Thank you for posting information about my husband's Grandfather, John Thomas Ball. Do you know if the Chief Tusquahome Chapter D.A.R. take pictures of the headstones when they record them for publications? I know there isn't one there now, but would love to get a copy if they did.
Again, thank you for all the reseach you do. It means so much to the families trying to locate where their family members are buried.

|G. Abbott||Rev. Joseph Willis|
If you are interested in him (your memorial is the original, but a duplicate is there, too) I am reading through material I have collected for years, and a hint from a friend on Ancestry.com, trying to get this family sorted out.
No one seems interested in compiling it, or understanding how these family groups tie. I am a descendant, I think of this Rev. Joseph, who is the son of Agerton, who is the son of one of the Rev. John Willises, but I can't confirm which John Willis.
I am not an Ancestry.com member, so, not building a tree there. I just love history, and mysteries solved.
I compiled an e-mail to you with my right-brained research. This is my last try to get someone who can understand it. I am not publishing a book. I am hoping that with the links in this family, I can find something to break down the brick wall, hiding my ancestor's origin. Neither LDS, Ancestry, or any other source can find it in 30 years +. So, hoping for a clue to my Abbott who married a Willis in this line, and maybe a cemetery link will help. Not asking for a link, just hoping someone will read enough about this group, merge the memorials, after reading through material, or confer with each other to get a baseline.
I think it takes a true love of history or science, to be willing to read/re-read and then, research to prove a theory.
Let me know if you want to read my "stuff."

Lora, can you please let me maintain the memorial for Uncle Huey Martin #67937884. I want to add some things to his memorial. Thanks, Eva
