Hi everyone,
I finally was able to get into my e-mails again, but lost all the ones sent to me before when the program upgraded and crashed. I am sorry for any sent to me that were not updated. When I opened the e-mails sent, all I saw was blank pages. I am not computer smart enough to fix this myself. Sorry about all this.

Lori

Elwell Transfers
Hello Lori: Thank you for your kind transfers of these two of the Elwells from Lakewood Cemetery in Mpls. I did request other transfers of this direct line from the distant relative who now manages them, but she has not yet responded to my request nor answered my email. I appreciate your cooperation .
After last weeks' service crash on FindAGrave I am sure we are all happy to see the site up and running and volunteers busy with memorials.
Best Regards, D. Montgomery

RE: Elwell Transfers
Thanks anyway, Lori. :) I know who she is and hopefully the info she adds will be correct and fill in a couple blanks for me. :)

RE: Elwell Transfers
Thanks Lori! Looks like the only one you missed is Marie Elwell.
Let's see...my line comes from Tallmadge Elwell SR's sister, Hannah Mary Elwell who married Parley Hooker Giltner. Their oldest daughter, Katie Mae Giltner, married William Fuller Jewson. They are my greatgrandparents. William & Katie's youngest son, Harvey Leon Jewson married Cecilia Magdelin Herbert, they are my grandparents. Harvey & Ceilia's youngest daughter, Shirley Marie Jewson married William Merton Keehn ...my parents.
Your Noyes line extends through Tallmadge Elwell SR, so we are related, even if distantly. :)

Thank you.
Thank you for removing that memorial.

You are welcome to whatever information you want from my tree. Let me know how your sister's husbands family fits into the Wilcox family.

Let me know if I can help.
Thank you.

Hello Lori,

My sister Leone is Memorial# 20711602.

I have the Wilcox family back to Ross's grandfather, Roswell R Wilcox b. 1821. Here is a link to my tree right to Roswell "Ross" Wallace Wilcox, he is your Memorial# 20711551.

Let me know if I can help.
Thank you.

Please remove my live sister's memorial.
Hello Lori,

Thank you for creating my sister's memorial, although she is alive and well.

My husband and I have a double headstone too, so when I created his memorial, I wasn't sure if I should create mine too. I've run into so many like this. When the death date isn't inscribed on the headstone it's a pretty good indication that person isn't there as yet.

I love the photo of Ross. I take it you are related to the Wilcox family. If so, how?

Thank you.

William Burmeister
William Burmeister, husband of Wilhelmina Burmeister who is buried in Zoar's Cemetery in Vivian Township, Waseca Co. died 12-23-1893 at the age of 45 years, 5 months and 27 days. His death is listed at the Waseca County Courthouse in Death Book A, page 90, entry 9. I looked it up but there are no parents listed. A nice gentleman has e-mailed me and stated that he is buried on the farm.

Handy family in Meadow Ridge Memorial Park
Hi. Lori. My name is Ian Handy Spry and I have a lot of relatives who were buried in Meadow Ridge Memorial Park. My question to you has to do with two of my uncles who were taken far too early in life. My grandmother, Julia Handy and my grandpa, Dean Handy, lost their baby boy William in 1962 when he was only a year old. Their other son, Theodore (Ted) died of leukemia in his late teens in 1980. My mother, Kimberly was their only child to reach adulthood.
We all live in NW Indiana. My grandpa passed in 1995. My grandma is in her 80s now and can no longer make the drive to Faribault to visit the boys' graves. I would like to know if there is anybody in that area who can possibly upload photographs of Ted and William's graves to this site so that my grandmother may see them and feel a connection to her sons... any help or information would be so greatly appreciated..
