I've just sent 2 edit/messages with information, but I'm worried one will get buried beneath the other. Check for 2 messages.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for your work! I was wondering if you know if there are any records at Broughton that might inidcate what he died of. He is my great grandfather. His son John Flippen is my grandfather, and his son Ernest Eugene is my father.
my family tree is on ancestry if you would like to view it. Ernest Eugene Hunsucker born 1931 in S.C.
Thank You, Tammy Grenon

Are you related to the Towery family? I see that you have a memorial for John Adam Towery. If you would like to edit your memorial here is the information that I have: He was the son of George Towery (1744-1794) and Lide Ledford (1740 - 1802). John Adam was born in North Carolina in 1770 and died in Rutherford, North Carolina about 1860. John had numerous brothers and sisters. I have them listed on my Ancestry.com website. I am indirectly related to John through the Towery family.

At one time, although I'm not sure how far back, Forest Lawn may have been City Memorial, but I know it has been Forest Lawn since prior to 2007 when she passed. If you'll notice that most of the references in her obit are to Cherryville. There is an active Cherryville City Memorial. IN fact, she has a memorial there Find A Grave #21870549.

What happened to her children, Nancy and Ellen? Do you know who they married?
I am trying to find the grave of Clara Dellinger in Mountain Rest Cemetery. She is in this site but maybe I am not doing something right. I am the step mother of her grandson, Matthew Robertson. My name is Susan Hartsoe. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Matthew didn't get to attend her funeral because his wife at the time was having open heart surgery. She was the only family he had left. Her daughter, Ann died when he was a baby with cancer. And after his grandmother Clara passed he lost all contact with anyone on his mother's side. Thanks for your help.
