I enjoy genealogy and I'm always hunting for pieces of family history here and there. I am particularly interested in my own family history in Lucas County, Iowa, La Salle County, Illinois, and Harrison County, Missouri. I do not live in these locations, but I occasionally take pictures of gravesites when I visit.
Please feel free to use any photos I have added to honor your loved ones on other websites. Also, if I am not related to an individual, I would be happy to transfer management of your loved ones to your account. I have surveyed some of my family's cemeteries and in the process have added other non-family members to findagrave.com, so if you would like me to transfer them to you, just ask. | |

Yes, I would like you to transfer Sinia Anderson Smith Memorial #41752483. Most of my Anderson relatives are buried in the Masonic cemetery near Eagleville. As you know, it can take awhile to find the married ladies in a family.

"I deleted the pictures you asked about... it seems at little odd to delete pictures from a duplicate memorial, though. You should just ask the owner of the memorial to kindly remove the duplicate memorial (which in turn would remove the photos)."
I have.....they told me to quit asking. I ask really nice once. About a month later (if they're still there) I ask again, nicely.
"It happens, and I'm sure it wasn't vindictive. The memorials have apparently been duplicated for over 4.5 years. I appreciate your efforts to 'clean up' the records, though."
ctaz entered the information for Cedar Hill in 2006, then at some point went inactive. So I can understand why the duplicates were made. In 2011 I was granted temporary ownership and have been working to expand the information for ALL at Cedar Hill....almost done. Then I will ask Find A Grave to remove the duplicates that some were unwilling to remove.
I've transferred some of the memorials. Some people have deleted the originals and kept the duplicates. Now I won't transfer until the dup has been removed. However, this person has never asked for the originals.
I thought if they couldn't get a picture, it would discourage duplicates.

| Duplicate memorials
Elbert A Perry (27717457) and Grace V Perry (27717227) at Cedar Hill. You added pictures to these two memorials which are DUPLICATE memorials. Would you consider removing the pictures? Thank you.

Hope that I helped a bit on your research. Any idea who the family is in the old Streator picture? How many of the children settled in Streator?
Sorry I was so ill-prepared for our meeting! I've been working on my husband's side of the family lately and Cheri did most of the research on the Brill's.
There were so many stories and facts that I wanted to tell you about my family and the Fowler's, but there wasn't enough time.
