*A great big thank you goes out to all that have left tokens/flowers on my relatives memorials!!*

*Another great big thank you to all that have added links, maiden names, etc. that I have requested!! You all are so wonderful!!*

Please visit Jakobe Bryon Bush, age 4. I've known his Mommy since she was a little girl. My heart will forever stay broken.

Cheyenne Rose Lloyd, age 8. I used to work with her grandmother and my husband works with her father, grandfather, and uncle.

Friends of my son, so sad:
Aaron Jay "Buckwheat" McCoy, age 19
James Michael "Mike" Ray, age 16
Dylan Allen Kane Boggs, age 17

Colorado Springs Police Officers killed in the line of duty and were fellow Officers and friends with my brother.

There is a special place in my heart for the Moore, OK tornado victims and for the whole town. My husband and I lived in Moore and Norman in 1989-1992. Our only child was born there during that time.

My niece's husband, Aric Fleury passed away Jan. 31, 2012. He was 26 years old. It breaks my heart. I'm sure my mom is taking very good care of him!!

My mother, Marie Wolf Doll Lemesany, passed away May 18, 2011. I miss her so much!

My father-in-law, Ewell "Gene" McGowan passed away Sept. 22, 2010.

My brother, Steve passed away July 30, 2008. It was on our mother's 82nd birthday. She was never the same after he passed away. They are together now.

My father, Louis Doll, Jr., passed away in 1971 when I was 6 years old. Researching his side of the family has been a challenge. He was born in Monument, Liberty Township, Centre, PA. His parents were from Munson, Clearfield Co., PA. He was raised in Wharton, Morris Co., NJ, and was stationed at Camp Carson (now Fort Carson) in Colorado Springs when he met my mother in Dec. 1946. She was born in St Charles, MO and was raised in Colo. Spgs., CO. My mom was Miss Camp Carson in 1945.

I was born in NJ, raised in Colorado Springs, El Paso Co., CO, and now live in Barren Co., KY.

Researching the following:
St Charles Co., Mo- Wolf, Gentemann, LePage, Himmelsbach, Klinghammer, plus other branches and twigs!!

Clearfield Co., PA- Doll, Bailey, McDonald, Jenney, Hendershot, plus some unknowns!! Please wish me luck!!

Wharton, Morris Co., NJ- Doll

Russell Co. KY- McGowan, Harris, Tucker, Popplewell and others

If you are doing research in Glasgow, these are great websites.

Glasgow Municipal Cemetery list. It is not up to date.

If I have created a memorial of your relative in Barren Co., KY I will gladly transfer.

Sad cemetery hopping buddy moved out of state. Everybody else I know thinks I am too weird going to cemeteries!! LOL So I will not be going to cemeteries that are off the main roads until I find someone to go with me.

Summer 2011 Due to three pinched nerves in my neck I can't get out much and get photos. :(

Summer 2012 Still having problems with pinched nerves and now I have DVT (blood clots) in my left leg. Will life ever get any better?

Spring 2013 Life is not much better. I am trying to get to the Glasgow Cemetery a couple of times a week, for a very short time, to help build my strength up. It helps that I have a map of the cemetery and can go right to the plot and row to get the photos. It takes me about 3 days to recover every time I go but it brings me much joy to help others out with their genealogy work. :)

Thanks so much for the link to the newspaper article about the return of Samuel Smith's tombstone. I wish I could have been there for the rededication! Thanks again.

You sent me two msgs on March 6 concerning some corrections. I have been waiting to confirm the information with family. I think it is all up-to-date now. Thanks very much for your help.
P.S. I live in Colorado Springs but my wife is from Russell County, KY.

Thank you for the obit. It clears up some questions that I had, such as the actual place of death. I do know that he and Amanda were actually divorced by 1920.
Thanks again,
Gail Lyons Grier

Thought maybe you could point me on my quest to find information on great great great grandfather who is buried in the Lyon cemetery on Lyons School Road his wife was Eliabeth Norvel. At this time it is a guess that they are both buried their since his father Jospeh Lyons Sr started the cemetery and school. We are also trying to find out the maiden name of Susannah H who married Hugh Norvell, my 4th great grandparents, some say her maiden name was Bush, but I can find no documentation. If you have an idea where I might find more information it would be greatly appreciated.
as always thank you.
