I had asked that you link the memorials of John's parents to his memorial and received a message that my data conflicted with yours. Can you tell me what the difference is so that I can get it corrected in my family tree. Thank you for any additional information that you can give me.

Please forgive the earlier note about Effie Simpson Edwards being buried at Augusta Cemetery in St.Jacob, IL. She does indeed show up as being at Friedens in Troy, IL, with her husband, Clarence Peter Edwards.
MY mistake! I must not have typed her name correctly on my first search of Friedens. When I searched the surname Edwards, she and Clarence both show up.
It is August that doesn't list them.

|Den Bur||Lillie Simpson|
Thanks for creating the Memorial page for Jesse L. Simpson, Edwardsville, IL.
I note that you include two of his three sisters, Effie and Addie, but omit sister Lillie, who lived with one of her sisters.
There is a Lillie Simpson buried in Augusta Cemetery in St. Jacob, IL, in the same row with George P. Simpson and Alice Simpson, who would have been her parents. Both sisters, Addie and Effie, are also buried nearby. I have no reason not to believe that this is the correct Lillie, since she‘s buried near her family. I recall having seen the grave when I was there some years ago, and assumed it was hers. I think she may have been immediately next to her parents, but don’t recall for certain, so will go with the statement in their respective memorials that they are both in Row 1.
Would it be possible, please, to at least add Lillie Simpson to Jesse L. Simpson's list of siblings, even if you are not comfortable listing her burial with her family at Augusta? I am certain that Jesse, Addie and Effie had a sister named Lillie. She is the daughter of George P. Simpson and Alice Simpson.

120216889 Effie Mae Simpson Edwards
I notice the obituary on Effie Edwards' page lists her as being buried in Friedens Cemetery near Troy, IL, although Friedens doesn't have a listing for her.
I suspect this might be an error in the obit, as Effie's husband, Clarence Edwards, is buried at Augusta Cemetery in St. Jacob, IL, and shares his headstone with an "Effie Edwards." Clarence is buried near Effie's parents and sister(s). The carving on his headstone indicates that Effie is there, too.
The photo of Clarence Edwards' tombstone at Augusta Cemetery is identical to the one published in Effie's memorial, that stone supposedly at Friedens. I suspect she really is buried with her husband and her family at Augusta.

Tammy, I don't understand your reluctance to posting a link to Elizabeth's parents on her site. I know they are mentioned in her bio. but so is her spouse and she has a link to him. As for the 30 day rule, the only reference I can see is if the edit is not answered in that time. To find her parents on Find A Grave, people have to click on her sister Anna where a link to their parents is posted.

|Beverly Holler||Heinrich Behme Worden, Illinois b. 3/3/1839d. 9/6/1904|
Does anyone know the names of the parents of this Heinrich Behme? I know my Great Grandfather Julius Behme b, Bettmar, Germany in 1840 and died at Carlinville, Illinois, is related to this Heinrich but I want to know the relationship. The Worden Behmes used to come to the Behme family reunion at Carlinville many years ago. Thanks so much.

If you would like to transfer these memorials to me, I would be happy to maintain them. They are definitely my relatives, but I am not a person who feels I have to have control over all of the memorials, so whatever you prefer. I am just grateful to everyone who provides the information on Find A Grave which I have found extremely helpful. Thank you.

I have noticed you have added a lot of memorials for these families in the Troy area. I was wondering if you were related to the family? My 2nd great grandmother was Rosalie Wackley from the Madison County area. I have been working to trace all of her ancestors and descendants and keep coming across your name. Thank you for all of your work on this, it has been very helpful.
Ah ok, I am related to the Mollet's and Knable's my grandfather was a Mollet and my grandmother was a Knable (Knabel Knaebel) so when I seen your name on a bunch of the memorials of course I thought we might be related. Thank you for finding them and adding them to the database here, and thanks for replying. I to follow some people too far back but you never know who/what you will run into.
