|Jo Roth||RE: Ketchum -Gilmore marriage|
Looks highly likely. I posted a copy of the Marriage Record to both memorials. Timing and location work. Interesting.

Hi - My husband is related to Meredith Burns buried in the Greenmound Cemetery, Ohio. You maintain the memorials. Can you tell me if his wife is Elizabeth Burns? Are Elizabeth and Meredith both buried under the Burns large Marker? Their engravings look the same so I am thinking that is the case.
Thank you for your work.

I appreciate all the work you have done on this website, and your quick response to edits and transfers. I wish everyone was as conscientious as you are.

|Andy Baker||Cenotaph for Lieut Gerald V. Howard, Jr|
Thanks for the message regarding Lt. Howard. The memorial you referenced, #113897239, is actually a cenotaph—a memorial somewhere other than a burial place—rather than just a duplicate. Lt. Howard and the other 21 men from Chalk 15—including a cousin of mine, Corp. Marvin Stallings—are commemorated on a memorial next to their crash site at Magneville, erected by the citizens of that town. (The aircrew of a bomber that crashed near the town a few weeks later are also commemorated on the same memorial.)

Thank you very much. You are very welcome. I know there was another photo on the Memorial Page but I loved the location of his headstone overlooking the sea so decided to add it.
Kind regards Carol (Woose)

Hildur was my Husband's Grandmother's Sister. I never had the privilege of meeting her but I know she loved to paint pictures.
