Bio Photo ** My gravestone photos are for sharing! Please use them freely for your personal family research projects. Proper photo credit further encourages the volunteerism which makes this awesome resource possible. Thanks! **

I still consider myself a Rhode Islander - where I grew up, lived, worked, and played for some 50 odd years - but as of July 2012, now call Gray Maine "home".

My husband of 27+ years sometimes pokes fun at me for spending much of my free time in cemeteries, but I continue to be engrossed in the study of family history and find cemeteries simply fascinating!

My own genealogy work began when my Dad died just two months before seeing the new millennium and hasn't stopped since. I enjoy helping others realize their family history goals and often take photos or conduct limited research projects - just for fun! - on a volunteer basis.

Many of my own ancestors have been in southeastern New England for centuries. My more recently "imported" predecessors were from England and Ireland.

RE: Daniel Harris
It came from a 1500 page transcript of research done by George Herbert Waterhouse in the 1920's and 1930's. I have placed the information on Daniel Harris site.

RE: Bohnson/Foster Edit Requests
Give me a few days to back through my notes, and I'll shoot you back a reply on your linkage question. I remember going through several items on ancestry.com, that I went by. Is the marriage cert posted anywhere?

HAPPY NEW YEAR a tad early, hope you aren't to cold up there in North Country bit chilly down here for next few days anyway.
Note is to say a big Thank You for the added info on the two names above... It is more than just appreciated.. Have 2 of the 3 front sections completed, working on the 3rd and doing a little in 2 where you have family... Last pict on main page there is now a Section map if you are interested, to help those looking because most of workers don't know the sections, now will be easier to locate what they are looking for...
Regards
Carol

Ah! I found the pending edit! Looks like I sent in the birth info/place of birth info/death info. That would have come from Manning Families of New England and Descendants Genealogy.

I wanted to know if he is buried in Gray Village Cemetery. Usually, when a headstone has in Memory of ..., it means that the person is buried elsewhere and the family puts up a headstone in memory of them. Just curious.

RE: Jeremiah Dolley
I misspelled Tuffs; it's Tufts.

The only source is her headstone and the census.
