Going forward, unless there is a compelling reason, I will only transfer listings of people someone knew closely, i.e. parent, child or close friend. I'm sorry, but someone who died 200 years ago could be related to thousands of people. I prefer you add one of my listings under your umbrella using the virtual cemetery feature at Find A Grave. If you have additional information, I will happily add it and list you as the contributor.

Also, please do not ask me add an obituary to a person's memorial. See Find A Grave policy below:

Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
It is best to not copy obituary notices from newspapers to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so. In general, obituaries in newspapers are submitted by the family. If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices from memorial records.
Obituaries for "famous" individuals are usually written by newspaper staff and can not be posted to Find A Grave.
Please do not include website addresses that may be listed in the obituary as they usually expire within a year after the obituary is printed.

On this memorial you have the text:
"Note: h/o Mary (D'Andrea) Donnellon"
What does this mean? I am researching Martin Donnellon and family. Thanks. Art Feeney

Hi Rich, I had requested pictures for Elizabeth and William Danielson in Ridgefield Cemetery in Bergen County, NJ

You were the originator of the memorials but transferred them to me back in 2013.

I received a message when the volunteer went to take photos that I had requested and said the cemetery office has no record of their burial there.

Can you me advise me on where your information was taken from? This might be able to help determine why the cemetery office has no record.

Thanks, Peggy

Gloria Kennedy
Your memorial for Gloria is 8330023

Just thought that I would pass this on... I have sent obits to Find A Grave staff, and they have posted on to memorials that they manage AS LONG AS THERE IS A REFERENCE to where it came from (i.e., newspaper and date of publication, specific funeral home).

Gloria Kennedy, 86, Sarasota, FL, died Dec. 24, 2003. She was born July 7, 1917, in Brooklyn, NY, and came to Sarasota in 1985 from Teaneck, NJ. She had worked as a parochial school teacher for 25 years. She taught religious education at St. Michael's Church on Siesta Key. Survivors include sons Daniel of Davis, Ca, and James of Orlando; and four grandchildren.

Services and burial were in New Jersey. A memorial Mass will be at 10am Wednesday at Epiphany Cathedral in Venice. Volks Funeral Parlor in Teaneck is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to Epiphany Foundation, 310 Sarasota St., Venice, FL. Published in Herald Tribune on Dec. 30, 2003.
