When I'm out running the roads and find a cemetery and have the time I'll look at the stones and take a few photos to list here. Most are not from my family. I only list what is on the stone...do not ask me to add or make changes, I will not do it! If they are of your family I would happy to tranfer management to you to do what you see fit. I would be happy to look for your family names as I go around. But again...I will not add to or change what is not on the stone.
your father Hi, I was looking for a Bedford Riggs, who lived in Germany in the early 60's and had a son named Mike. They came to visit my family when we lived in Woodbridge Virginia, they had joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The last I heard they were living in Maine? I was wondering if you are the same Mike? Please let me know by e-mailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org My name was Cynthia Albin. Thank You Cindy
Photos Will be Used in the Next Issue Thanks for the permission that you gave some time ago to use the ships on the gravestone pictures from Deer Isle. They will run in the next issue. You asked for a copy and I'll be happy to send you either a hard copy or a PDF file. But I have no means to do so unless you send me an email with either an email address for PDF or street address for a copy of the Next Haskell Journal (expected to be published in mid February for mailing in March. Thanks again.
RE: Photo Permission I would be happy to send you a copy of the Journal either as a PDF attachment or as a mailed copy. However this mode of communication does not seem to allow for attachments nor does it provide me with a direct means of communication. If you have a Facebook account we could use the messages section there if you send me a friend request. I believe I'm the only one with this name in Omaha, NE on Facebook. Also it was unclear to me if you would like to see a copy now or if you are requesting one if we use your grave stone pictures. You could also find my direct email at http://www.haskellfamily.org/Officers_Board.php where I'm listed as Charles T. "Tom" Haskell.
Photo Permission The Haskell Family Journal (circulation under 200) would possibly like to print your photos of Capt. Haskells' tombstones (Benjamin and Samuel in the Deer Isle Old Settlers Cemetery in Maine. Could we have permission? We are not in a position to provide payment, but would be happy to acknowledge your work.
