Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started working on my genealogy in 2010 after my father passed on my grandmothers research and have found findagrave.com to be invaluable to me in doing research. That is why I return the favor and take photos for requests whenever possible and add to FaG as much as I can to help others.

I am currently researching all four lines of my tree; Ingram/Ingraham from Virginia to Kentucky, to Tennessee, Henry from Tuscumbia, Alabama area, Graves from Castle County, Delaware to Tennessee, and Knight from Chesterfield, South Carolina to Mississippi. If you are related to any of these lines please don't hesitate to contact me!

Power family picture w/Henrietta Power
In the event that you don't know all of those in the Power family picture they are (L to R):

Seated:
Minnie Power, wife of Bill Power (bro of Ben III)
Martha Jane McMurray Power, wife of Ben Power III

Standing middle: Ada Power Newberry, Ethel Power Mayfield, and Sarah Jane Power

Standing rear: Henrietta Power Smith, Annie Power Cook, Eugene Power, Malinda Maude Power Mayfield, Phillip Power, Eunice Power Montgomery, and Ora Power Dubose.

Background: Clifton B. Cook far left, husband to Annie

Henrietta climbed out of the window of her home one night and eloped with Tommy Tole. She returned home a short time later as marriage conditions apparently we not so great.

Oh my goodness!!! I'm so sorry that this photo quest has taken you on such a crazy bunny trail!! That is so weird...so they ARE at the Park and not the mausoleum?? I wonder who in the world their staff gave me supposedly in North Unit #2, Room H, Tier C, Crypt #13 - Frederick & Crypt #15 - Hazel?? That is so STRANGE!! I am SO SO SORRY to have lead you to the wrong place??

RE: Rachel Miles
Charlotte,

I am related to Rachel through her youngest son William Davis "Billy" Craig. My paternal grandfather was his grandson. Thanks for your reply, and please let me know if you find anything new.

Best,

Terry

Rachel Miles
Hi, Ms. Graves,

I am researching my family tree, which includes my third-great grandparents Robert and Rachel Miles Craig. I was wondering if you have information on Rachel's parents. My information shows that Patterson Miles is her father, but he was born in 1790, and Rachel was born in 1795. My information also shows that Thomas Miles is Patterson's father. Thomas fought in the American Revolution. Since Patterson and Rachel's ages are so close, I wonder if they were actually siblings.

I appreciate any information.

Best regards,

Terry Harrison

RE: Frederick Clement Westphal
Thanks Charlotte!!

Are you finding the obits on Newspapers.com? If so, I'm a member there too, I can take a look, if you like.

I live near the St. Louis area, but if I lived in your New Orleans area I sure would love to come along for photos!! :). I am however hoping to travel south this spring for some genealogy hunting!

I'll try to find time to track down info on the cemetery & give them a call over the next day or two. If you find out anything in the mean time please give me a heads up!

Have a great day!! anne
