Thanks for the info. I went to Ark. and found them there. Hester Ann was married before to a Pinkerton

Yes, Peggy was my first cousin and her sister is Jane Duke. Our grandfather was Thomas Jefferson Richardson and my father was Conard Wilson Richardson. Looking for any info on William H. Richardson.

Amanda & William Thomas Richardson

William Thomas Richardson was my great grandfather.
Do you have any information on his father William H. Richardson (Georgia). All I know is he was in a Texas Regiment during the Civil War and came home because he had Dropsy. No one knows where he is buried. Thanks. 713.417.7117.

Re: Seale-Round Prairie
Thank you for your quick response about the transfers. I would also like to let you know the additional census info included is much appreciated for many other memorials you have done for the family, such as my maternal grandparents there - Clarence and Rissie.

Thanks, the bracketing is a good idea. Many in this small family died relatively young in Texas. I was wondering if you had come across a specific cite in your research.

The death would have been between the 1860 DeWitt county, TX census and the second marriage of Mabry M. Jones to Martha M. Ponton on 12 July 1863 Lavaca county, TX.

RE: George Ross Patton, Sr.

No apology necessary. Just trying to clarify which cemetery the tombstone is in. The memorial you have posted is more complete than the original one. I thought since you had also uploaded the picture of the tombstone that the grave is likely in the Oak Island Presbyterian Cem.
I also sent an email to the creator of the memorial that is in the Cotton Gin Cemetery to ask if they had documentation that his grave is in that cemetery. The general findagrave rules are that the earlier memorial takes precedence and the later duplicate memorial is usually transferred to the owner of the earlier memorial and they merge the two (usually with credits to the transferor for the additional information); but if you're a relative they may consider the reverse. Hope this helps.

Oak Island Cemetery
I just wanted to let you know that I located my Grandparents (Patterson) in the Oak Island Cemetery. I went by today to visit the cemetery and take photos of their markers, if I could find them.
when I got there, I found that it had been mowed. I decided to photograph all the markers that I could find while I was there. Just thought I would warn you that you may get quite a few edits from me. Have a great weekend and thanks for your all your time that you invest in Find A Grave!
