Bio and Links
Bio Photo We are a Husband and Wife Team who live in Starke, Florida. We have a special hobby of visiting cemeteries and taking photos and researching our family trees.
We combine this with tent camping and nature walks in State Parks. We find a cemetery that needs photos and a State Park nearby. We take photos in the morning and enjoy the park the rest of the day.
We only list photos we have taken, If no memorial is listed, we create one.
Our tree research is very extensive; and searching for more each day. We are researching Wise, Vickers, Weeks, Boggs, Tuggle, and many more.
We will delete, correct, add to or Transfer. We ask that to request a transfer that you know of the person or be related. It's our goal to transfer any family member or person, to someone that will remember them.

You may use our Headstone photos, Also please give us credit for the photo. We have copies of all the photos we have ever taken. Our photos are for your personal use only and may not be used for profit or be sold without permissiom. If the photo is a photo of a family member of mine, permission is denied unless permission is requested.

If you don't get an answer quickly to your e-mail, we may be on one of our trips. We usually answer all emails within one hour of receving it.

To the ones who say we do this for the numbers, This is a hobby we enjoy doing, We take our time and commitment very serious. We answer 40-50 edit emails per day and do photo request. We also help others in their search. This is secondary to our visit to Cemeteries to take photos.

To the ones who have no contact information, You are missing out! Need I say more!

Acey Monroe Horne #82860019
Differences between the 1930 Census for Ace Lawhorn in Georgia and the 1940 Census for Ace Horne in Florida pose a question as to whether these two records are for the same individual. What is the justification for the statement on Ace's memorial that he changed his name from Lawhorn?

I believe, according to the census and the application for a headstone that it is incorrect but sometimes other documents get lost...etc. Would you like me to post the application for headstone on the memorial as added proof of that date? I know some people do not like DC or some doc's posed on their memorials.

Memorial# 31829295 Marion D Medford
I wonder where you got the date that he died in 1936 as I can find no evidence of it. He was last on the census that I can find in 1910 Alachua County, FL and an application for a CSA headstone says he died in Alachua County on 11 Nov 1912.
I had found your memorial 2-3 years ago and put that down, now find it must not be correct. could not locate a state death index either.

His father and my Great Grandfather were brothers.

Hello my name is Margaret, I appreciate what you do. Its so far back in the woods i didn't think this was a known cemetery. but again i just wanted to thank you for your work. because one day there will be another curious young person like me wanting to know more about their family and they will be able to because the help of you and others

Check Find A Grave#104934221-Gene Randall Godwin. The wrong tombstone photo is attached to his memorial. Just mix-up! Hope you have Gene's to replace it! Thx
