|R L Snyder||Nobie Lee Crowley # 17326001|
Please assist me in the mystery of correct Mother for this person. You indicated your data varies from mine. My notes from primary records show her mother as Thelma Cobb married to Nobie's father James. Then Thelma married twice after James.
Will be glad to send you list or links of my findings to compare, you genealogy work is well known and highly respected. Please contact me via private email listed on my contributor page.
My interest is a connection to Nobie through her fathers family.
Thank you for a the work you have posted, its such a great help.

Are you pulling my leg! Why would I put a picture of Hiram's stone on Vodel's page? Regarding the cemetery, it appears that few locals know where it is located. It is well hidden and immaculately maintained. I couldn't help but wonder who takes care of it. Few family cemeteries have trusts for this kind of maintenance. Best regards, Darryl

Ed Hightower here. Hope you are doing well. I did see your original message regarding the Obit for JHG and did respond to you via your Find A Grave pubic message board on July 15 of this year.
Please read that message and let me know if you would like me to transfer the Memorial to you.

Thank you for the information. Do you have where he was born?

Is there a way I can contact you privately to discuss a Lanier Genealogy? I have traced the line back to the 1600s. I do not feel this would be the proper place to that discussion.

I know Linda's name--can't remember how. I too have several Florida Pioneer certificates and we are Noles--that makes it great! I have a ggg aunt Florida Parrish Williams--she is another one that I hope to mark--she is buried at Chattahoochie State Hospital. She was married to Thomas Jefferson Williams and her family was from around Sumter Co., Florida. Genealogy is my addition or insanity.
|John Burnett||RE: Lettie Walker|
Yes---Lettie was my great grandfather's 1st wife---I actually descend from the second wife Ida, but new my half great aunt and uncles.
I emailed findagrave that my entry on lettie was on an old account of mine so I am requesting them to delete that account and Lettie's entry. We moved and changed emails and somehow I forgot to update the email--so hopefully they will delete it soon. I hope to mark her grave next year. She was buried at Olustee Cemetery and my great grandfather was strange that he never visited her grave or even mentioned her name. She has tons of direct descendants but none are interested or the ones that were have died themselves.
