I am an attorney and court commissioner in Dodge County, Wisconsin. My lovely wife Julie and our kids Philip and Grace (and dog Howie) enjoy exploring cemeteries with me.|
Like most of my fellow gravers, I do this to preserve the history of those who came before us and the often beautiful works of art that mark their final resting places - and to make the information more accessible to those who might be searching for it.
My information comes from a variety of sources, including older cemetery transcriptions done by others. Feel free to contact me with corrections, additional information, transfer requests, questions, etc. I'll be happy to help if I can.

Thank you so much for the beautiful photos. I appreciate you taking the time to do this for me.
|AlongTheWay||Snyder - requests removed|
FYI - since photos already added, I've removed my photo requests for Memorial#'s 144287313 & 144287955

Hi Steve, I added photos for these, probably just before they became a request. Otherwise I would never take a request already claimed! I will also explain this to AlongTheWay so we all know there was no ill will intended. Any concerns please fell free to contact me. Thanks for your dedication. Sicerely, Dale Maron

At one time I would go to different cemeteries and put pictures on here. My walker doesn't work so well in cemeteries any more. This is my way of seeing the stones and I sure am thankful that there are people out there that can do it for rest of us who can't.

I can see why they were almost unreadable. They are very worn and appear to be of soft marble. Looks like they may have repeatedly knocked over and put back upright over the last 155 years.
Thanks, and much appreciated.
They no longer have a question mark next to their initials.

I'm impressed - which library?
The older cemetery, Lincoln Regl Center Cem, was worked on as part of an Eagle Scout project, when they set up a display case with all the names.

Thanks so much for adding all those records - when I added it last year, I was afraid I would never get back to track the data down, and all of these would continue unremembered. Did you get this info direct from the Center then entered via spreadsheet?
