I am an amateur photographer volunteering for the "Find A Grave" site. |
My focus is mostly in the Cheshire / Hillsborough counties in New Hampshire but when I had the chance I have taken pics in Massachusetts, Maine and Canada.
I really enjoy the search for requests.
I also enjoy just taking pics of non-requests. With my wife we have visited many cemeteries and have created many memorials.
I will transfer memorials only to relatives but I do ask that if you use my pics, please credit "Find A Grave".
My hope is to connect families one stone at a time.

If you ever want to take a trip to Worchester I can compile a list of Liddles and Allens buried there in the 19th century.

What a great hobby. Thanks for your service to Find A Grave.
|Linda Rhoadarmer||Ronald Alegre|
I did do a photo request and they said there is no volunteer near the cemetery. Cute! Just thought I would let you know. Thanks, Linda

Thank you very much--you are truly "a helper"! Gwen

May I please have your permission to use your photos of the gravestone for Carroll Edward Longeway and his wife Amy on my ancestry.com family tree, with attribution to you and Find a Grave? Thanks very much for your consideration. Gwen

O.K. I talked to Cournoyer Funeral Home in Jaffrey. The man told me that Ronald Alegre is buried in Lot 509A. He said go through the middle gate, straight in, on tile road (is there a tile road?) go past the flag pole section and the grave is down from that section on the left.
I am not sure if the flag pole section is to the left once one enters the cemetery also. Do these directions sound about right or did I mess up with what I was hearing? I will wait to hear from you before I make a photo request. The man said the gate was locked, everything was iced and snowed over so that it would not be a good time to try and take a photo. Linda

From my sister-in-law: I've have never seen my brother's grave although I was there and put the funeral together. I designed his headstone, but the ground was too frozen to bury him til the spring so I have never seen his actual grave."
Her brother: Ronald Richard Alegre, Sr.
Born: May 1, 1951
Died: Mar 1, 1991
Buried in Saint Patrick Cemetery
Memorial Find A Grave#: 84730440
Any help you can give us would be wonderful. Should I make a photo request?

I noticed you have been to the Saint Patrick Cemetery, Jaffrey, Cheshire County, New Hampshire.
Since you have had experience with them, do you know if the office would be open or if it would be hard to take a picture during this time of the year? I would like to make a photo request but have noticed there are other requests sitting there since July 2014. How far are you away from the cemetery? My sister-in-law's brother was killed in a car accident in Mass. but is buried in the Patrick Cemetery. She called last night and wanted to see the stone. She has never seen it and was involved with the funeral and the stone. We live in California. Thanks for any information. Linda
