|The Shamrock Genealogical Society meets the 2nd Tuesday Evening of the month in the Zeigler House at 205 N. Madden St, Shamrock, TX 79079.|
The Pioneer West Museum owns Dr. Zeigler' home where he lived and practiced medicine in the early days in Shamrock and they have designated a room for the Shamrock Genealogical Society to keep records and information. It is open to the public Monday-Friday afternoons and we welcome visitors.
Genealogical Society began a project to photograph the headstones of burials in the Shamrock Cemetery in 2011. In taking the photos, volunteer members have surveyed the cemetery, adding burials which were missed earlier, and updating information as much as possible.
We appreciate additional information from friends and families.

|Rod Williams||Winfred Buckingham|
Memorial # 97875040 Please dismiss my request to merge with memorial #10216533 That memorial reads Winfred Buckingham, but should be his father Jesse Columbus Buckingham. The caretaker of the memorial has passed away, and nothing can be changed. Sorry for the confusion.
|Rod Williams||Winfred Buckingham|
Memorial# 97875040 - There is a duplicate memorial for Winfred Buckingham # 10216533 with Winfred's second wife. The person who has this memorial has passed away. Can you somehow merge the two through Find-A-Grave?

I have a lot of Dorman relatives buried in the Shamrock Cemetery, and I am in process of rounding them all up and transferring mgmt. to me, and then I will update their profiles. I noticed this unnamed infant, and although I do not claim to know the relative, I would like to claim this baby as part of our Dorman family until a future time when someone might want to manage this memorial as a relative. Thank you for all you do. Teresa Welch/Dorman Family
The number for Infant Dorman is 97073885.

|Arleen Hopkins||Burial in Shamrock Cem|
Per Mary Elizabeth Galbreath dc states that she is buried in Shamrock cem, but there is no listing on findagrave. I would like to add her, her husband was CD Galbreath also not listed. Several of there children are listed there. I don't want to add them, if they are located somewhere else.

I received an email from Find A grave that your organization has added a photo of Nora Miller (Find A Grave Memorial# 10575331). I checked the memorial and do not see the photo. Please correct this if possible. Thanks

I have a request for transfers for her and her second husband, Edward A. Sublett # 64598558. I have already transferred Mr. Sublett.
Please correct and delete. You have **Clarence Bradley (1900 - 1977) as her father and his wife Eva B Arthur Bradley (1911 - 1990) as her mother.
**This is her son and his wife. (They are the parents of Wanda Geraldine Bradley Ferril # 31104832, who was my nephew Marvin Ferril's first wife.)
I grew up being loved by Mr. and Mrs. Bradley and I learned from them, "to always see the good in everyone". I fell short many times, but the teaching of that one thing always came to my memory and caused me to feel sad in my heart that I did not look for the good!! I loved them both dearly. *** I suppose I am trying to tell you they were just wonderful loving people.
Thanks for setting things straight for me!! Charlene Coe Guadagnolo-Seal (#46894320)
