I am from Texas and enjoy researching my family history. I am married and have three grown children. My husband, daughter and I search all cemeteries for Civil War Veterans and are hoping someday to actually do something with this information. |
If I have added a memorial of someone who is your family member please let me know if you would like to have the memorial transfered, the only way that I would not be willing to do a transfer is if that memorial also happens to be a member of my family. I am sorry if this upsets anyone as that is not my intention.

|Donna Hill||Fort Richardson Cemetery|
Thank you for posting the graves of the Stanton boys at Fort Richardson at Jacksboro. Would you please add some information? The father was Richard J Stanton who was born in Ireland in 1846, and he died in Texas in 1888. Their mother was Emily Terry Ross Stanton. Her dates are correct; she was born in Alabama, and she died and was buried at Algerita, San Saba County, Texas.
(Emily was my great grandmother. I just went to see the graves for the first time. Thanks again.)
|Marilyn K||Clara B Holcomb|
I know this is not your fault as you probably copied the info on J. C. Holcomb from his or his wife's find a grave page. J. C. stands for John (not James) Calvin Holcomb. He was born in Habersham Co., GA to Oliver Cowen Holcomb and Catherine Henderson. He married Nancy Josephine Milburn in Bradley Co., TN in 1875. I just wanted to leave this in case a descendant is looking. Thank you for your work.

Debra, as per your request I have transferred Iona Earnest's memorial over to you. If there is anything else I can ever assist you with please just let me know.
All the best and God Bless!

Thank you for the gracious transfer of Wilson, Joseph (Memorial# 48401181) and Julia (Memorial# 48401073) into my care.
Special thanks for the photos of the memorial markers you took and placed on those two pages.
You are highly appreciated.

Please note that my Uncle Herbert Massengale's middle name is Woodrow, not Williams. He was named for President Woodrow Wilson. He is buried in the Bluff Creek Cemetery. Thank you.

I will gladly transfer the memorials to you but go to each one that you want and click the edit button and request the transfer. That is the easiest way.

Dear Mrs. Bates,
I wanted to thank you for your kindness in transferring the memorials and for all you hard work...
|Nolan Irvin||RE: Your Find A Grave Information|
You are welcome to my Walden files if you would like. Just email me at email@example.com. Put something in the subject line so I will know who you are. We are going to be in Temple, TX Monday. We are visiting my Aunt Ellen Goodnight. I have printed a copy of my files for her information and correction. Tried to find
Rock Hill Cemetery today in Panola Co., but
after a wedding. I had messed up the directions and we ran out of time.

Debra, I am a grandson of Addie Walden Goodnight
Maynard. Just wanted to thank you for your wealth
of information on Finda A Grave concerning the Walden clan. I am using a lot of it in my data
base. Trying to remember to give you credit
where I can. Some information I got from Doyle
M. Walden years ago.
