TO ALL NEW AND EXISTING MEMBERS: If I have taken the time to go to a cemetery to fulfill a photo request and there are other family members nearby, I will try my best to get photos of those markers and create memorials as well. I will also take the time to do light research on these people (ie.... ancestry, family search, internet..etc) and attach documented information for them. If you want a transfer, I generally will transfer one or two but please do not ask me to transfer entire families to you. Its not fair to me to go to all this work and then transfer it all. It takes the fun out of it for me as well as many others. If you want me to add additional information to their memorial, please use the EDIT tab and ask me. You can also add your own photos yourself. Thanks for understanding. |
Please feel free to use the photos I have taken of your loved ones to use on your personal family pages, on your family trees, or to share with family in general BUT PLEASE CREDIT THE SOURCE. If volunteers do not want you to use their photos or info and are afraid of someone "stealing" their work, why are they even posting the photos, obits...etc here?
PLEASE NOTE: Find A Grave NO LONGER sends out emails when you need to edit a memorial. You MUST check your own EDIT tab at the top of your Profile Page. Click it on and see if there are edits that need your approval.
If someone takes the time to fulfill your photo requests, why not take the time to THANK THEM!!! A little Thank You goes a long way and its very much appreciated.
To all the photo volunteers that take the time to photograph requests, a great BIG thank you to each and everyone of you.

This information came from the cemetery office. They said they have no record of these individuals. It may be the last name is spelled incorrectly.

Thank you for the offer, I think there are other relatives in that cemetry, I will look. This Orange is my husbands 2nd grandfather. So you must be a relative, are you working on a tree?

Hello again, FutureAncestor,
Thank you for the photos of the tombstone of Charles Hudson Limber Find A Grave# 63650414 & his military emblem. It will mean a lot to his daughter as well as to me.
I really appreciate you kindness in allowing me to use your photos on my tree. It is always my great pleasure to credit photos from Find A Grave as I cannot go out and get them myself. I appreciate you and the other so much.
