Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am recording the cemeteries in the southern twin cities area where I live. Also, since I lived in the Madison Mn area as a farm boy, I am photographing and recording the Lac qui Parle cemeteries whenever I go out to visit.

I encourage anyone to ask me to transfer management of any grave entities I have started. Just send me a note with the Marker ID and your member ID.

I would like you to participate by including your research into these memorials. Please use the Edit feature to send me your data whereupon I will gladly accept it. We are in this together to make these memorial as accurate as possible.

If you have uploaded a better picture to a memorial that I manage, send me a note and I will remove mine.

RE: Duplicate Marietta cemetery
I have transferred Lois to the Augusta Cemetery. I just looked at the Marietta Cemetery entries and there are only three left, so others must have transferred them to Augusta. I would suggest that you contact the three people who entries left in the Marietta Cemetery just like you did me and ask them to transfer their entries to the Augusta Cemetery as well. Then the Marietta Cemetery could be deleted from the cemetery database.

RE: Duplicate Marietta Cemetery
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
The name Marietta Cemetery was used in the Obit and funeral home memorial card for both Otto and Anna. I have not been to the cemetery since Anna's funeral.
I have changed the burial information on their memorial pages (and those of Carl and Albertine) to Augusta.
So nice to have pictures added to their memorials. Appreciate your dedication and desire for accuracy.

In memory of Scott
Justine Elizabeth "Tina" Weber Anderson
I transferred the memorial to you. You already have all her family connections.

If there are any more you want transferred, I will be happy to do that. I do not need any explanation as to relationship, I think loved ones always should be with family or friends.

Elias Moseng
Hi Robert,

I'm researching this family (not directly related). The death year for Elias Moseng should be 1932. I found him at 89 years in the 1930 census with his son. And then looked him up at the MN Death Index and found this:

Mosing, Elias O
Death Certificate Index
Certificate Number: 1932-MN-006877
Death: May 30, 1932
County of Death: Lac Qui Parle County, Minnesota, United States
Subject: Death records
Type: Text, Government Record, Historical Records

I also noted that if I zoom in on your photo of headstone, I can clearly read the death date as 1932.

PS - great work! My husband has family in the Madison area so I'll check out the cemetery.
