|Bio and Links|
My mother spent many years working on genealogy. Now, as a retiree, I am involved in many hobbies. I enjoy helping others find their family connections through Find a Grave.|
I do not enter obituaries taken directly from a newspapers. I try to write a biography of the person's life. And I don't think the bio
needs be done immediately after the person's death; please be patient.
If you are RELATED to someone I have added to Find A Grave and would like to have their memorial transferred to you, send a request via the 'edit' and then 'suggest correction' link on the memorial page.

|Margaret E Balaun Stearns||RE: Irish Immigration|
Your postings on James Mason's page are also very interesting, including even an image and the information that Sacred Heart High School (which I, like many descendants of Irish immigrants, attended) was originally called James Mason High School.
My story on great-great-grandmother Mary Coman's page (#55088759) of the Berigans' journey and settling in New Cambria was based primarily on two Salina Journal clippings of interviews with Mary Ann (Berrigan) Sullivan sent to me by my brother, John. He has visited Ireland and also accessed Mary & Thomas Berigan's immigration ship's manifest and may have other helpful suggestions for learning more about James Mason. |NR||Floyd & Marie Gates|
Thank you so much for the photos of the grave stones of WWII soldier Floyd O. Gates and his wife/widow Marie E. Gates in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery. The biographical information is also greatly appreciated. I requested these photos on Memorial Day 2015 (May 25th) and was AMAZED to find them posted the very next day. Truly above and beyond the call! With gratitude--NR.
