Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my family tree for about 12 years and also enjoy posting memorials of family, friends and other neighbors of my area of Southeast Missouri. I am researching surnames such as Moore, Norman, Weaver, Caneer, Via, Jones, Johnson, Wyrick, Dodson, Harris, Mcgavock, Barnett, Karnes, Love, Moser, Sipe(s),Yount, Fulbright, and many others. The regions of my ancestors were Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri to name a few.

My families hometown is Senath, Dunklin County, Missouri and most of my folks lived in West Tennessee, Southeast Missouri and Northeast Arkansas. I not able to get out to the graves like I would like but hopefully soon I will be back to my old self after I recoop from this injury I recieved on the job.

Hi Joe,

I will be happy to transfer the memorials but am asking you to please go to each one you are requesting and click on the edit button at the top right hand side of the page. Then click on suggestion and ask for each on. This will send the memorial to me and it will be must easier to transfer them to you.

RE: Albert James obit
Joe,

Thanks for Albert's obit!

You asked about being kin... Yes, I'm kin, but not real close. I'm connected via Albert's paternal Grandmother, Sarah Jane Pulliam's family.

You can possibly find some other family info at my genealogy website:

Thanks again,
David

Hi Joe!

Yes, I would like to see Albert's obit. If you have Gladys' obit, I'd like to see that one also.

Thanks for writing!

RE: Dodson Connection
Joe The Mo Samples are cousins of mine. The samples, the Buchanan's and the Dodson are all tied together. Mary Jane Buchanan daughter of Moses was my great grandmother. Lucy Dodson daughter of Timothy Dodson was 3rd great grandmother. I would communicate with at parkave1@comcast.net Peggy

RE: McGavock Graves
I hate the idea that you transferred the gravesites to me since you are a direct relative. If you change your mind I will gladly give them back to you.

This morning I met with the man that wants to do the documentary. He said that if he ends up doing the documentary (I thought it was a done deal) then it will be finished in May. From what he said I imagine that it will happen. I will make sure that you get a copy. If you are well aware of the family line then he may want to talk with you. I have purchased a book on the family tree and gave it to him today. I should know something next week.

I am going to try to go to the state archives to track all the land deeds sometime next week. I will try to get copies of them to you if you would like me to do so.

My son did an incredible job of making the cemetery a beautiful place to go to remember the family members buried there. He will appreciate your kind words of support.
