History, archaeology and genealogy buff. Happy to take photo requests in my area.|
Also always willing to turn over memorial management to relatives if you'd like to manage them. NOTE: When making requests for edits or transfer, please use the SAC (suggest a correction) method from the edit tab on the memorial page.
My main purpose here is to document old & historic graves before they are lost (with the related benefit to genealogists).
To that end, I believe it's very important to make every effort to add the complete stone inscription on Find-A-Grave memorials, along with photos. Even if you can't read it all, put (-?-) where you can't make out a word, and add the rest. A stone can be lost overnight, in one storm, a single act of vandalism or even by commercial development. Please document them thoroughly - while we still can.
Regarding my photos: I do not mind if anyone uses my photos at all. Feel free to use them here, on Ancestry, or anywhere you may want to. I do not need credit given for them, either; I take them simply because I am able to, and anyone who may want them is welcome to use them.

|Ryan-O||RE: Phebe Sprague (1787 - Mar. 18, 1853)|
I was not actually the originator of the photo request. I made the memorial and took the photo years ago. I already went to the cemetery's main page and removed the request. I could not figure out why they said Phebe was a male? Who knows.

I was surprised to find photos I am familiar with here of my great grandparents, Andrew Simon Noonan and Johanna "Hannah" McGillicuddy Noonan.
Are you related?
I have a photo of their gravestone and can share with you if you like.

Great - In addition to Frank, Edward, Mary M and Mary E., the online database confirms this is also the grave for: Catherine (81476718), Frank L (81479563), and Margaret (81476377). (info available at stpatrickcemetery.com).

Would you mind adding the photo you took for Frank Mealey Sr. (81476692) to all the other Mealeys that are listed (tho' mostly unmarked on the headstone) in that grave? If you would like, I can submit photo requests for them.
