I have always been a fan of genealogy. Being a member of many local historical societies, I have been able to obtain copies of old cemetery records. Many of the graves are not in the Find A Grave data base. I am slowly entering the information. I will attempt to photo as many stones as possible since several are going the way of all flesh & will soon be lost forever. I hope my efforts bring some happiness to people looking for their ancestors. If you have additional information, please utilize the correction application. Do not leave the information in a message to me. Moving forward, only in EXTREMELY isolated cases will I transfer memorials which I have created. Also, my photos may not be used for any purpose without my prior authorization. I am willing to take photos in McHenry County even though I no longer live there as I'm not too far away. FYI, I always take a main photo of the stone & a close up if warranted. This year will not be the same as my best friends, Trinity & Neo (the ones in my pic), have joined my parents on the other side for the next step of the journey.|

|Darlene Corson||Marie Corson|
I have found Marie Corson buried in Genoa, Illinois. Is this another Marie Corson or is this an error. Thanks for your help. Marie is my husband's grandmother, although he doesn't remember her as she died when he was an infant. Thanks, Darlene
|Margie D||Thank you|
Thank you for adding the information to Alma & William Grabbert's memorials. It's taken me several weeks to get back to their sites - sorry I'm so slow in noticing. Margie D

|L Niedermeyer||Susie Root Dookin|
This memorial has some transcription errors. As shown on the marker, her birth is 1852, and her surname is Gookin. Would you be willing to update this information? Thanks!

Obadiah Sands 49652672 I wrote you twice now so thought maybe this would get your attention. On the site you have Obadian, not right it is the wife of Obadiah. You also have born 1910 & died 1894. Not even close to being right. Please correct. The stone says Dianitia Mallard White Sands Oct 1, 1810 - Oct 14. 1894 wife of Obadiah. Jan
