You're quite welcome! My wife and I are photographing all stones in Pleasant Hill and should have it complete very soon.

I'm so happy I was able to help. :) It started to sprinkle just when I found her. That's what the dark marks on the memorial marker are. I'll get you a dryer photo when I'm there again if you like.
|Heather R. (Schmid) Satchel||Vintah L Allen Schafer|
Hello. I was wondering if the "L" on the gravestone might actually be an "I." I am checking for a family member, who says this appears to be their relative, but that the L is puzzling, as they were always told that Vintah's middle name was Iza. Please let me know.
Thank you, and God Bless,
Heather R. Satchel

You are very welcome!!!
|Suzanne Franklin||Ames in Marcus Cemetery|
I am so sorry to be contacting you this way but am hoping that you would be willing to help me with a question I have. Might you be willing to tell me the source you used to show all the Ames family in the Marcus-Amherst Cemetery? I want to attach the record name/source to the research I'm working on. Moses and Ellen had two young children before they even left IL and they are buried in unmarked graves. I am just cross referencing in my personal research work.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and consider my question.
|DianaR||RE: Anna Droll|
There is a great resource on the web for this cemetery:
She was right there with her husband - same monument - but on the back side. It is dark and fairly hard to read, but since I knew were to look, it wasn't too hard :-)
