Men are like steel. When they lose their temper, they lose their worth. ~~ Chuck Norris ~~
I expect to be asked for permission to use my headstone and family photographs in your personal genealogy files. This is just common courtesy folks!
I will NEVER give permission for my photos to be put on Ancestry.com. Please just link to the Findagrave memorial from Ancestry. It works very nicely and does not give Ancestry "ownership" of my photos. By uploading my photos to Ancestry you are "giving" them to Ancestry. Read the small print on Ancestry.com during the photo upload.
It is very important to me that the work I do for free does not get charged for on Ancestry.com. Whether you understand or agree with me about this matter or not, I have the right to make that choice for my work.
I will not argue copyright with you. I will actively pursue copyright infringement.

***Transfer Request Rules LINK***
Please use the edit tab at the top right of the memorial you are referring to when sending updates, links and transfer requests. (Please take the time to read the transfer request rules by following the link above). For the most part, I adhere to the transfer guidelines. I gladly add update, bios you send; with credit given to you, and I add links. I do NOT add link to an unknown burial. Most updates are done the day they are received but I do go out of town once and awhile so please be patient. ......~......~......~......~......~......

NOTE: If you send information for links please include the memorial number for the people to be linked. Don't give me just names. I will not look them up and add them. It is up to you to provide the information. If you want birth and death locations added. Send the name of the county just not State and city. Again I will not look them up for you.
NOTE 2: I have been getting a lot of corrections on previous submitted corrections. PLEASE make sure that you have found the right person before suggesting links etc. If you find an error please feel free to let me know. If the error is mine I apologize. If the error is one sent by another contributor please let me know why you think it is an error. Thanks!

 | Leo McGhan I would like to ask your permission to use you photo of my Uncle Leo McGhan's (# 43244673) headstone for my personal files. I have no desire to share this with Ancestry.com nor any other paid site. Thank-you in advance.

 | Barbara & Mary Sarach in Phoenix Cemetery Thanks for correcting their names. Appreciate the memorials especially since we've been looking for Mary & Barbara's graves for a long time.Added by K. Vica on May 09, 2013 11:44 AM | | | Cemetery Wanderer
 | RE: Question I sent the information on the edit tab, but did not send a copy to me. I have waited at least 6 months. I will send a short message to findagrave. Thanks for your help. | | | Denise Gill
 | Willis and Margaret Hall No problem regarding my memorial transfer request being denied. I have all their history and our family photos on my family tree on ancestry.com. It would be too time consuming to send you all their life history, links and photos. I know findagrave was not set up with the intent of being a family tree maker, but since it provides family links to do so, I do use the memorials I created or had transferred to me --to do just that. I honestly believe if I hadn't I wouldn't have been contacted by so many other family member I'd never heard of or would've met otherwise. Take care and thank you anyway. | | | Pokeypup
 | James Callahan Thank you for the information oh James. I have added it to the memorial.Added by Pokeypup on May 03, 2013 11:07 AM | | | Cemetery Wanderer

 | RE: Question One cemetery is the St Joseph Cem and the only one that has a sign. Makes it confusing for people. It is on the left side of the road. The city cemetery is on the right side of the road with no marker. You can tell they are different because one is kept up and one is not. I have talked with one of the city clerks to make sure they are separate cemeteries. Most of the people are in the St Joseph cem. I have added some on the City cemetery that were not in the St Joseph. There is one duplicate, my grandfather that I put on before I knew they had him in the wrong cemetery. | | | Cemetery Wanderer
 | Question Maybe you know the answer to my problem. I have an uncle and cousins buried in the wrong cemetery. I requested for the memorials to be put in the correct cemetery about 6 months ago. I have not heard anything and they are still there. Matter of fact she put the memorials for the whole cemetery in the wrong cemetery. I have tried to contact Find A Grave, but they want too much information for the request to go through. What is my next step? | | | Legsie11
 | RE: Winifred Mae Hunt. Apologies for this wrong information. It was passed to me from another source, unfortunately l did'nt check it for myself. l will double check in future. Thank you for pointing out my mistake. Winifred Mae Hunt nee McPhail(1922-1986) is the daughter of Kenneth and Clara McPhail buried in Mountain View, Colville, Stevens, Washington.
