I am an avid genealogist and I am extremely interested in corresponding with other family researchers working on their various early TROUT lines (all spelling variations) arriving in America during the 1700s from Germany, England, and Canada. I take great pleasure in frequently assisting other TROUT researchers with their family lines.
Memorial transfers Mr. Trout; would you be so kind and transfer to me the people in the Troutt cemetery in Westmoreland, TN. This is my close families cemetery. I was raised 300 yards away. Everyone there is my 2nd great-grandparents Martin Van Buren & Tabitha (Graves) Troutt family including my great-grandparents, John R. & Fannie (Troutt) Heath. My grandpa Frazier Heath and his cousin Homer Duffer cared for this all their lives until they became to old. Homer's son and grandsons are now the caretakers. It would mean so much to me. I would appreciate it greatly. Thanking you in advance.
I noticed that you posted a request for a pic of Emily's grave in Salt Fork. I was there a few years ago and took pictures of everything there that was legible. I did not find a stone for Emily. It's possible that someone with a plot map of the cemetery can find her stone (or the location of her grave, even if a stone was never erected), so I will not ask that your photo request be deleted. I just want you to know that the odds of getting something are not good. Sorry.
Troutt Memorials Dear Craig, I just noticed you have some Troutts. My maiden name is Reynolds and my father's family was from Jefferson couny. When I was in Illinois in May 2014, I went to the Reynolds Cemetery hunting for ancestors. I spent about 1 and a half hours, in 100 degree temp, tromping through the weeds and daylilies, pulling vines to make photos of monuments.
I don't know if I am related to any of the Reynolds in this cemetery. I haven't been able to find a connection.
If you would like management of any of the troutts (you can view my profile) I will be happy to transfer management to you! I think I have 3 or 4 of them.
