We gladly transfer memorials to family and friends and, when asked, are happy to share photos with family members for personal, non-commercial use.
***We prefer to Not link our memorials to those listed without the correct disposition (Burial Unknown, for example) so please don't ask. There is a specific rule in the FAQ's about the use of Burial Unknown, please read it before using it. Thank you.***
Three members asked if we would manage their memorials in the Odd Fellows Cemetery and Masonic Memorial Park in Tumwater, WA., and Forest Memorial in Olympia, WA. That accounts for the difference in our added and managed numbers.

Thanks for pointing that out to me. People want to spell our name with "hooks" instead of "hoeks."

Dear Bill and Elaine Shrock:
I feel like I have contacted you in the past but can find nothing in my file so here goes.
I am currently compiling in hard copy the Cheadle family history of which the above is a descendant of the progenitor, George Cheadle. My mother-in-law was a Cheadle. I am NOT requesting transfer of any memorials; I would respectfully request permission to download the gravestone photo and any others which pertain to our line as well as information from obituaries, etc. Credit will be given such as "Courtesy, Bill and Elaine Shrock, contributors, Find A Grave Memorial # ? ? ?" if this is satisfactory. For those who do not wish credit, I use "Courtesy of Find A Grave contributor who wishes to remain anonymous" which lets people know I am not plagiarizing other peoples' research without their knowledge.
I would appreciate hearing from you but should I not by April 15, I will presume you have no objections to my request. Please know that this "deadline" is not meant to push you to a decision but to perhaps save you a little time by not having to respond.
My treatise is in no way a profit making project and will not (by my request) be posted on the internet nor will living individuals be included to the best of my ability.
You have no idea how much we who are of an age (I'm 85) or distance and cannot traipse through cemeteries as we once did appreciate the effort and passion of you who contribute to Find A Grave. Many thanks from an old lady.

|Chris Strautnieks||RE: Jimmie Brinegar|
Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'm still trying to find out who Jimmie Brinegar's parents are. There are two other Brinegar's buried in this cemetery that are infants. Still trying to fit the pieces together.
Thanks again, Chris S.
