I am doing genealogy for the Holloway and Powers families. The Holloway's have come along quiet well, and with the help of new found cousins along the way, I have found sites like this one to help me on my journey through the past. The Powers family however, is proving to be dysfunctional! Grandfather to my husband was Grant Powers of Bucklin, KS and his father was AJ Powers of Jerseyville, IL. Grant had 3 brothers and a half sister. Found so much and thanks to family, friends and websites like this one, it is not as difficult, but yes, more time consuming because it is addictive! LOVE IT!
