Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am an Orange, Texas native, now retired and reside in Humble, TX.

A few years ago I started working on family genealogy and discovered the Find-A-Grave site and have found it to be a great research tool. I have created memorials in the area of East Texas, primarily in Orange, TX.

I will gladly make any corrections and/or additions brought to my attention. Also, I will act promptly on those transfer requests made under Find-A-Grave guidelines, i.e, "...requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."

RE: Elizabeth Donahoe #133694464
Thank you. Although not a direct ancestor of mine, he was a great+ grandfather's brother, and his death certificate proved the maiden name of their mother.

Elizabeth Donahoe is buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Orange. When you entered her memorial and picture of her marker, did you see a marker for her husband, Dexter Watson Donahoe? According to his obit, he died 5 Sep 1910 in Beaumont at the home of his daughter Mrs. J. W. Patillo, and the body was shipped to Orange. The body was taken to Evergreen Cemetery where he was laid to rest by the side of his wife who had died earlier.

I have contacted Find A Grave in regards to his memorial. I am declining your Edit to add a link to the spouse in order to avoid two links to the spouse.

Walter Colman
I went to the Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery and asked where Walter Colman was buried so I could take a picture and fill you request. The person that was working in the office looked at the records and said that there was no Walter Colman. If you have a different spelling please let me know. Thank you
