David, checking thru my cemeteries I notice that you have your Simpsons in Batesville Cem. The name of the cemetery is Edgewood-Woodlawn Cemetery in Batesville, Texas. I have verified this with other volunteers. I have been there and took the Simpson's h/p myself and created the memorials and added the photos. Oh! there are two more Simpsons buried next to them too.

I am the same Anna. When I posted the records of this cemetery, I was using a VERY OLD listing done by someone else.
I went to City Hall and the Cemetery Sexton asking about the location of Larry Steiner's site. Neither one showed a Larry Steiner buried in Greenwood Cemetery. There is a Lawrence Steiner who died in 1998 listed, but not a Larry.
Hope this helps. It does make sense that if his parents are buried here, he would be too. I will be deleting his memorial in the next couple of days. Would you rather I transfer it to you? | |

There was a headstone with the name SUSIE HOUSE at the foot of Wade House. Both markers were same size and no info on her. I took a photo of the marker. Possibly his wife.

I am presently trying to fulfill your request for a photo of the grave at San Fernando
cemetery. I have run into a problem the office does not want to look up anymore of my request (I called to many times now) for grave location and if they know there is a headstone. if you can call the office and request the plot location and if they know of a headstone you can post it on the memorial. Hi David.
Guiceland Cemetery sits on the Houston/Anderson county line. Most of the cemetery lies in Houston County, but one acre of it lies in Anderson County. It is located between Grapeland and Salmon, but is technically not located in either. Grapeland is incorporated, Salmon is not. I hope this clears things up for you.

I live a couple of miles away. A couple of years ago I took photos of all the headstones. With 5 kids, working full-time, being a Sunday school teacher, doing family history, etc, I just stay too busy and haven't had a chance to post them all. So glad that I could fulfill your request.
