RE: Find A grave:99771784
Scott,
Thanks for your quick reply!! I found the answer I was looking for. My father was into genealogy and quit about 1972...I inherited all the boxes. Just found a picture of Mary MARONEY Maloney, along with her death certificate, Deliah Maloney Kennedy;s death certificate which states mother was Mary MARONEY, death certificate for Stephen Maloney - again mother was Mary MARONEY and a death certificate of Edward Maloney, son of Ed Maloney and Ellen Sullivan. Would be happy to share all this. Would you like me to scan them?
I don't have the marriage of Mike Maloney to Mary Maroney. Think that you have found that as they were in Illinois before coming to Nebraska.
You can email me direct at jmbturecek@tx.rr.com

Find A grave:99771784
Dear Scott,
First off, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all the work you do for us out here in cyberspace. Really appreciate it?
Am curious as to the grave of Mary ROONEY Maloney. Believe that this is a relative but think the maiden name was Mary MARONEY Maloney. All of the children and husband match my data - just not the maiden name.
So - where did this name come from, or do I need to go back on her genealogy because of a mistake that I made??
Thank you for your time involved.
Mary Beth

Savannah Cemetery
Savannah Cemetery did exist in Savannah Township. The town of Savannah was the county seat from 1869 to 1872. Apparently David Breese was first buried there as that is where his headstone was first erected according to the order for the stone. He must have been moved to David City Cemetery at a later date.

RE: Sarah Bessey
Scott,
Thank you so much, yes, I would like the memorial transferred to me. That is so nice of you to offer.
I don't mind the work involved adding the children, but feel it would be good to have them all together to make it easier on other researcher. Thanks again, Wilma

Hi Scott,
Thank you for posting such a beautiful memorial for my great grandmother Sarah Bessey, # 85193931. She had nine children four that were by John's first marriage to Clarissa Otto, but she raised them. I would like to link all the children to her, is there a way to do that? Thank you for any help. Wilma #47585166

RE: Gavins at Holy Sepulchre - Omaha
Thank you so much -- I see that you had to work to uncover Lucy's stone. Thank you on behalf of my family. I hope to continue this when I am in Omaha next year, and find the stones for Cyrus and Ellen. Ellen did not die until 1977 so maybe the stone will be easier to locate.

Gavins at Holy Sepulchre - Omaha
Scott, thank you so much for finding the grave marker for my great-grandparents Patrick A. and Mary Ellen Gavin. It is clear that you had to remove some soil and grass to get the markers clear, and I really appreciate this! I fixed the birth date for Mary Ellen in the memorial. I also took note of your comment that the other markers for Ellen, Cyrus and Lucy may be buried. I hope to be in Omaha next year and maybe I can take care of this along with my sister.

Thank you so much! This means a lot to the genealogists in the family. Best wishes -- Edith
