Thank you for the kind email regarding Josie Florence Crawford Pinkston's memorial page. I will gladly transfer management to you if you are related to Josie. My daughter and I transcribed the local cemetery. So we are not related to many of the memorials we input. I gladly transfer to any relative that would like to maintain them.
Have a wonderful day.

I'm glad to help. I was able to get several graves photographed today. It was a good day. There are still 15 left to get in Highland, and it may take a while due to addressing problems, missing markers, etc.

George Moore Carter memorial # 157972111 and wife Mary Melvena McClintock - Carter had a son Albert Cooper Carter that married Edna L. Sasse - Carter.
Edna had a previous marriage to my uncle George A. Collier whom I am trying to find research information on. My Dad was 19 years younger than my uncle and my uncle eventually lost contact with the family and as a result I don't know what happened to him. I know this is a long shot but would you happen to have any information regarding George A. Collier that was previously married to Edna L. Sasse who was married 2nd to Albert Cooper Carter. I realize that sometimes you just never know who or how information gets saved. Thanks a million. Hope to here from you.

I do the histories of the cemeteries I photograph. This cemetery is township owned. It has been called Leatherwood and Leatherman cemetery. There used to be a church there and it burned to the ground. The cemetery was also vandalized several times. Many of the monuments were destroyed. The township purchased a large monument for the whole cemetery and fenced it in. I cry when I see and here these stories. The township does not have any records for the cemetery, because they were lost in the fire.
The DAR transcribed this cemetery and what is on findagrave.com is a transcription from their records.
I could tell there were alot of burials by the topology of the ground. I took overview pics but it looks like a large fenced in field with a few monuments sticking up here and there.
I am sorry, but I wish I could have helped you more.

You're welcome, I'm glad I could find some of them. Sorry, I can make out death dates but I think only Benjamin's said his age and it's illegible.
