Findagrave Community Day at Homewood
Hello. I would like to invite you to attend the Findagrave Community Day on Saturday, Oct. 17th, at Homewood Cemetery. You can learn about the event and sign up at The cemetery is providing us with a meeting room and coffee.

Findagrave has over 74,000 memorials for Homewood, but only 17% of them have photos. So bring your camera or smartphone with a good camera and take pictures to upload to those memorials.

Looking forward to meeting you,
Jacki Richey

James Albert Parker
I just got a hint for this record at ancestry today!! He is my 2nd gr grandfather, with his first wife (my 2nd gr grandmother), Elizabeth Howard. They had two children, Lavalette C. Parker,
Born 3 Nov 1898 in Pittsylvania, Virginia, and
Ray Graves Parker (my Gr Grandfather), Born
30 Aug 1902 in New Mexico (their mother separated from their father, James, while pregnant with Ray)
The only thing that is wrong is James mother's name, which is Julia C. Hankins, not Josephine.
Anyways, Thank you so very much for doing this service, for those who have passed and for their descendants! Without you doing this, I never would've had his death and burial info!!!
Thank you again!!!

That you very much for the photos of my family! Greatly appreciated! Also, thanks for taking the time to attach them to the correct individuals and not just creating a new generic grave record.
