|I am working on finding anything on my Carman (Carmen, Carmon, Carmine) family. Which includes the Hall, Pendleton, Rapp, Blakeman, O'Neal's, Caplinger, Pulley, Koehn, and Coble. I go to a lot of cemeteries in Ohio. I have been doing my family tree for 20 years now and just started adding names and photos to findagrave. Feel free to use any photos I take for yourself.|

I find where you took a picture of John McFerren tombstone in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Highland
County, Ohio. b. May 28, 1815, d. June 7, 1889. I also have found that John McFerrin married Elizabeth Ruff on February 2, 1837 in Brown County, Ohio. Also, I find a Elizabeth McFerren, b. _____, d. September 3, 1894, buried in the same cemetery. (Do you know if she has a tombstone) I think this could be the wife of John McFerren. I find John and Elizabeth McFerrin on the 1850 Warren County, Ohio Census with a son, Nathaniel McFerrin, b. 1842 Ohio. Do you know anything about the McFerren family buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetey. If this is the Elizabeth Ruff McFerren, she is the sister of my ggg-grandfather, George A. Ruff.

I got my info from the cemetery records. Send me date corrections if you want to do as you say. I thought they were the same person because it is the only one on record. Thanks

Thank you so much for the headstone picture of my 3rd-great grandparents - I read that I can use the photo and plan to put it on their ancestry pages. Thanks again!
