Family history is a passion of mine. Knowing more about our ancestors and then locating their graves helps complete the story of one's life. For the last 15 years I have researched my own family history. I truly appreciate the service and time of strangers that have photographed my ancestors graves, homes and shared personal photos. In return, I have chosen to help others in their own pursuits of information especially with locating graves of loved ones. Cemeteries are exquisite places full of love and sorrow. As I photograph graves for others, I feel more closely connected to humanity.

Hello, you mentioned that you have some additional cemetery records...would you be able to forward those to me?
I suspect that my great great grandparents are buried there but either never had a stone or the stone fell apart long ago.
I appreciate your help

Thank you for adding the information. My source is a collection called Casey's Genealogy...very minuscule print. Was collected between the 1950's to 1970's.

There will be a mass celebrating the dedication of a chapel in August, I will be in Ballyvourney in August so if you happen to be in the area would be wonderful to see you.

Wanted to let you know a memorial photo has been fullfilled for SGT John Raymond Didas. Possibly you may wish to reorder his mareker photo up one image. The voluteer found and uncovered his marker. Seems Medals he had include a AM Theatre Service Medal, Purple Heart with 2 oak leaf Clusters, Bronze Star Medal, Good Conduct and a Eur. Theatre Medal. I mention that as I found he was a well very ecorated Veteran of both WW II and the Korean War.

McCreesh burials in St. Michael's
Hi Jenny,

Just wanted you to know why I'm adding records to the McCreeshs buried in St. Michael's Newtownhamilton.

Thomas McCreesh (d 1847) is my 3Xs great-grandfather, his son Thomas and wife Annie McGeeney McCreesh my 2Xs great-grandparents. I am in the process of connecting family members on findagrave which is why you will see a few additions to their records. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

The Alter Church and Schull Cemeteries
I want to tell you how happy I am to see someone working these cemeteries for more detailed information. I also appreciate the proof reading of my transcriptions.

I did not have the time when I was in Schull to photograph the last section on the west side of the grounds in Schull. I do not know if I will ever be able to get back and finish it.

Thank you!

RE: Kilteevoge Cemetery in Donegal
Ok, thank you. Just curious though, what is your connection to the Kilteevoge Cemetery? When I went there, it stated that you created it. Perhaps I'm reading it wrong.
Thanks Again

Kilteevoge Cemetery in Donegal
Hello Jenny,
My name is William Duffy of New Jersey, USA. I see that you posted something for the Kilteevoge Cemetery in Stranorlar. Are you living in that area? If yes, could you do me a big favor and check that cemetery for my great-great grandparents John Duffy and his wife Catherine Callaghan Duffy? They "may" be buried there. I believe that they were living in Altlahan, Kilteevoge Civil Parish, County Donegal.
My email is:
Thank You
William Duffy

Thank you for transcribing the Jeremiah Riordan headstone. He was my great-grandfather's brother. I noticed that my great-grandfather is buried in the same plot along with another brother, John. I have sent birth and death information about all three to Find A Grave.
