Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my PARKER surname as well as other surnames as it relates to my family tree since 2001. I have work with a team of other PARKER researchers throughout the country all whom are distant cousins discovering each through the great hobby of genealogy on the internet. We now have over 10,000 family members on our tree with written as well as picture documentation. I have been traveling since 2003 to TN meeting with many cousins, researching and participating in our annual PARKER family reunion.

You are so welcomed. I just happened to find it since the office does not cooperate with findagravers.

Tips
Sarah Elizabeth Merchant Hargis
In response to your question about the lack of an inscription for Sarah Hargis, I've added the following to the caption for the head stone photo, "At Arlington and other national cemeteries, inscriptions on 'private' markers such as this are the responsibility of the family, or the estate of the deceased. It is not unusual for there to be no family -- or money in the estate -- to add an inscription to a private marker years later when the surviving spouse dies. If requested by survivors, the cemetery will sometimes order a 'government' foot stone to mark the grave of the spouse not named on a private head stone."

RE: Harry Warren at Forest Home Cemetery
Did they send you a map of the location? If not, can you ask them to e-mail you a copy?

The area where Harry Warren is buried is of interest to me because it may help me to locate other graves that were moved because of the construction of the highway (Interstate 290). I can easily find Section ELX on the cemetery map, but the low numbers in the section, below about 1100, I have never been able to find.

I am very curious where they are saying he is buried since it might help me to find the graves of other people that have made photo requests for the same section.

Thanks!

Ace

Hi! Did the cemetery give you the burial plot location? I need that to provide a photo of where he is buried. Thanks! Ace
