Bio and Links
Bio Photo Those who have passed on should be recognized. Find A Grave is a very positive way to do so. If I have added a name to Find A Grave that you would like removed let me know. I have not intended to offend anyone. My information is all a matter of public record. At times duplicate memorials are added in error. I try not to duplicate but because of spelling or dates it happens. I delete duplicates on first response. Hope others do the same.

Cousins by the dozens, some saints and some scoundrels.

I will transfer ownership to those who make a request when there is a family relationship closer than mine or a reasonable relationship.

EDITS: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SUBMITTED EDITS ARE ACCURATE. I HAVE MADE SOME CHANGES FROM EDITS ONLY TO FIND OUT THE INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECT. I DO NOT RESEARCH SUBMITTED EDITS UNLESS THERE IS SOMETHING THAT IS APPARENTLY INCORRECT.

HONOR THOSE WHO SERVED

The virtual cemeteries I have created are to honor those from Madison County, Indiana who served in our military. It does not give respect and honor to those who worked hard at home to support our troops. That's another story.

You will be remembered more by how you treated others rather than your social or economic status.

RE: Bastine
Thank you for your quick response. Johannes is his wife's maiden name and Fred Johannes is HER father. His father's name is Alfred Joseph Bastine and his Mom's name is Marie J Jarboe. I hope whoever manages the memorial gets the message. Thank you again.

RE: Mary E. Hill
Thanks. When I went to load the other Mary Hill photo her spot was already taken. I notified the relative who made the mistake and he agreed that would be the best solution. Thanks for all of your work on this and all of those other memorials you post.

RE: John Groben
Good grief! Delete that 2nd message. I had a web site open for a dif cem. that I was looking at before I read your message. So delete that message abt sending an edit req to change the name of St Joseph on findagrave. I was right in the 1st message that they should put Mausoleum in the name at St Joseph. Sorry abt that!

RE: John Groben
Correction - I was saying that the cem should add "Mausoleum" to their name. Dah me. I reck'd & the web pg link I sent to you has Maus. in the name. It's findagrave that needs to put Maus. in the name. I'll send a req. thru the blog system for editing cemetery info. I've used it a couple times once I had figured it out.

RE: John Groben
Reading his obit can see they're not giving the name of the cem. & instead are just saying he's being entombed in the St Joseph Maus. (the Maus. at St Joseph). They should put "& Mausoleum" in the name as some others do - would be less confusing.

RE: Rodman
I have an ancestry.com login, but not a paid member for a few years, so I can't access your tree. A file would be great! Thank you!

I'm sorry it took so long for me to answer you! Yes, I would like to fill out the Rodman side of the family tree. Thank you.

Best wishes,

Thank You
I am the grandson of Evelyn Louise Walton, and I wanted to personally thank you for putting a memorial up for her. I just placed one for my own father (her other son) approximately 2 weeks ago. I searched all the Waltons in the cemetery, and that is how I came across her's.

RE: Alexander Rowe
I just found out why you had him in East Maplewood Cemetery. He has two tombstones. I would suggest you reinstall him in the Maplewood Cemetery with the photo and put in the bios that he has two memorial locations so somebody like me wouldn't get so confused and think you made a duplicate like I did.
