I started getting interested. In genealogy five years ago. I use Ancestry. And FaG.

We have learned that walking the cemeteries and taking photos are more accurate for adding data

When we are on vacations we find cemeteries in the area and take photos. It is interesting to see edits a year later that someone has located their family.

Four years ago we started using Find a Grave and just was out there looking for relatives. It is not a numbers game for me. It found us roaming around in cemeteries trying to locate my ancestors. We have been doing many memorials of people in many cemeteries. If you see someone that is your relative please ask for a transfer. We mostly have been in cemeteries in Webster Co, Hopkins Co Ky Recently we have been doing many Posey Co Indiana Cemeteries. I hope we can make a difference for people interested in locating their family. We long ago decided that inputting names from a book from libraries or other sources are subject to inaccuracy. You have to do the actual walking in the cemeteries to confirm dates and names and families. We take managing memorials seriously. If you want the memorials, you tacitly accept the responsibility of editing them.

Thanks to my husband Milton Yuan for developing my family genealogy website I want to share the link with you It will link my family and ancestors and added pictures that have been collected and shared with anyone interested in the Foster/Egloff/Lively/Maag family

My family names i research are
Lively/Maag. My father s side. His grandparents were Henry and Appie Cates Maag

Egloff /Sanders. From Hopkins and Davidson Co Tenn
Cates from Slaughters Webster Co Ky extended family to Kannapolis NC

Huskey Webster Co Ky and Tenn

My maternal grandparents were Foster. They were from Virginia and came to Simpson Ky. Ending up in Indiana.

Hi just like to say thank you for the photographs of my brothers grave in St Augustine national cemetery I have only 2photographs of his grave, these the only ones my parents ever saw. I was only 7 years old when my brother was killed flying a corsair aircraft whilst under going fighter training. The accident in which he was killed happened days before the end of WW2. My brother was only in the USA for a short time but he loved the people and country made some good friends who took in a young man, many miles from home . Some of whom wrote to my parents for many years. My only memory of him was just befor he left England in 1944 it is lovely to know he is in such a well kept lovely place which he loved . Many thanks

RE: Edmund cropper
Hi Linda, On the same monument with Edmund, on the other sides are William d.1914, Sarah d. 1849, and Mary d.1859. The photos are dark and hard to read, if you magnify they can be seen. If interested request them, or I can e-mail them to you. Ralph

Thanks for your help in giving Fountain a story and a family rather than just a plot with a headstone with his name misspelled. :o)

Pet Kelley-Barr
Could you add this photo to Catherine Hedges Kelley-Barr? This is my great grandmother and Pet was her nickname. Thanks a million. I just put the two women together thru an obituary of a daughter.
