|Lewis H Mundin III||RE: Charles A. Hancock|
Many, many, thanks for your help.
|Lewis H Mundin III||Charles A. Hancock|
Dear Mary Taylor:
My great uncle Charles A. Hancock and
his wife Sara Grace Hancock were residents of
Meridian. Charles died Jan. 14, 1919 and his wife
March 16, 1923. I thought they were buried in
Magnolia Cemetery but have no proof. I searched
all Hancocks buried in Lauderdale County
without any luck. I feel that members of "FindAGrave" have not turned the names in
or given the tombstone inscriptions.
Any help would greatly be apprciated.
Lewis H. Mundin, III

You are requesting a gravesite photo for Barbara Huddleson at Bay Pines Cemetery. Her husband is buried at Bay Pines, but Barbara is not. I checked the National Cemetery Administration and the office at Bay Pines and there is not a record for Barbara Huddleson. In the memorial, an assumed obituary is posted stating that she is at Bay Pines, but that is false. I'm guessing the person who manages the memorial has placed it online from info in the newspaper or funeral home online. I am suggesting that you remove your request.

Thanks - Suggest you check each of the Bethel entries, including Unidentifieds, you are interested in over the next several days. I am in the process of uploading 400+ new names with 500+ photos. A few errors are likely to slip by.

|Robert Miller||Uncle Charles Hughes Photo|
Dear Mrs. Taylor,
I truly, and I dearly (Thank You) for taking your busy time out to make a photo of Uncle Charles Hughes his head marker. I had 2 Uncle Charles Hughes in My Family. Now I remember on My MILLER FAMILY, Aunt Hattie was a LOWRY, My LOWERY FAMILY BOOK has her last name with an (E). I had to take my mind back as we and I did attend Aunt Hattie (LOWRY) Hughes her funeral and I was a teenager then. I am age 60 now. So Aunt Hattie (Lowry) Hughes was our Aunt on our Hughes Side (BY MARRIAGE) of our family, and then Hattie was My 3rd Cousin on My Miller Side Of My Family (BLOOD LINE).
I do know one item and it has been handed down in my family that everyone in Lauderdale and Clarke County Mississippi were Double Related and Triple Related and related to every person living and deceased in both counties. Every Funeral We Are Kin To Everyone In Both Counties. OLD SAYING. I was called about Marilyn (CLARK) Dunn her service tomorrow, but I am unable to attend.
Thank You Again Mrs. Taylor For All Of Your Help.
Blessings In Christ Always,
