OK - If you think it should be Elias, then I won't create a memorial for him. You can just change the name, dates and burial location on your Elisha memorial. I would go with the Merritt cemetery in Granby, NY for Elias.

Cady is not in my tree, but I've looked up some information available on the internet. Here is what I can tell you:
I cataloged the entire Union cemetery last summer, and identified each stone. The cemetery is in generally good condition, and I found almost all of the stones that had been listed on a 1877 transcription by Durkee (see: http://saratoganygenweb.com/hmae.htm ). Elisha and his wife Ruth were on the 1877 list, but I did not find their stones. So I suspect they were re-interred elsewhere. The Elisha at the Florida Reformed cemetery is a match - I suspect that "1821" was transcribed in error as a mis-read of "1827", but that's just a wild guess.

The article lists names and dates of all 7 Cady brothers. It says that Elisha's brother Elias married Keziah Doty. So now I wonder if Cady in your tree is really Elias, not Elisha?
Unfortunately, artlice says the burial location for Elias is unknown.
Either way, the Cady family is rather confusing because brothers Elias, Elisha, and Elijah are all such similar names. I can see how they could easily be mixed up.
