My recent genealogical efforts have been geared towards locating the gravesites of my children's ancestors. I suppose that when I'm done, I'll have to repeat all these trips in order to locate old homesites...|
Please note that anyone is welcome to use my photos from Find-A-Grave for their own historical research. And before requesting a transfer, please check my website below to see if I'm related to the person in question.

|Walter Raleigh Terry Jr||Joshua Hadley and Sarah Lindley|
Believe we are related? I am related to Mary Ann Terry who married David Hadley 1835-1909. If you have any information on a Joseph Terry who lived in Morgan County,Indiana,Mitchell Co.Kansas and was born in North Carolina please let me know? I live now in Rocky Mount,North Carolina, however, records in North Carolina around birth date 1800-1810 of Joseph Terry are very poor.
I would appreciate it if you would link Joshua Hadley 7146403 to his wife Sarah Lindley 46306064.
Also I am related to Phoebe McPherson daughter of John McPherson 1814-1876 and Sabina Holiday 1819-1882.
Hope to here from you. Thanks
Walter Raleigh Terry,Jr of Rocky Mount,NC

Just wondering where you derived Wm's birth year of 1619? I'm a direct descendant and everything I find says 1625. I also noticed there aren't any pics of the oldest stones in Middletown Friends Cemetery, are they are all missing or just unreadable? I know you did these memorial several years ago, you may not have info still. Appreciate any info you may still have to share. Thanks, Mary

Kathy Weaver and I are putting together a Power Point of the men of the 4th Iowa Cavalry. We would like to ask your permission to use your photo of Brazelton's headstone on his page. We credit the photos, such as "Photo courtesy of Greg Derylo."
Thank you for your consideration.

|S Clausen||Head stone inscription|
Greg: we are so grateful that you posted the head stone inscription for Mary Mellon. It is amazing the inscription can still be seen/read.
So grateful for your work in photographing this gravemarker for Mary who died 1 Jun 1709. Do you know of any transcription of verse on the marker?
Again, thank you.

May I have your permission to copy the pictures you have for James Lindley 8988856, Eleanor Parke and their children? I'll bet we are cousins. They would be used with Ancestry.com Family Tree Maker.
I have been looking for Eleanor Parke Lindley Jones' death location for many years. There was a provocative entry in Quaker-Roots a while ago.

Subject: Re: [Q-R] Eleanor Parke Lindley Jones 1684- ?

This is what I have on Eleanor's later life:
A record dated 6-20-1748 at East Nottingham MM states that Henry and Eleanor came under inquiry regarding their daughter Hannah Lindley and step-daughter Sarah Jones marrying contrary to doctrine (p. 25). The inference here is that both Henry and Eleanor were alive as late as July 28, 1748, the date of the subsequent record closing the inquiry. [Correction from Claudia Scarbrough. Hannah was Eleanor and James Lindley's child. Sarah was Eleanor and Henry's child.]
So both were living in 1748; C.B. Jones (1951) suggests both Henry and Eleanor died around 1750 in Maryland. Henry seems to be living that year as he was disowned by the Nottingham MM of the Deer Creek MM (Maryland).
Anyone have more info or can confirm this? Eleanor Rayl
I would appreciate your consideration of my request.
