I think it's the same person. She is named "Demaris" in the 1860 Census and "Demorus" in the 1850 Census. It's not clear what her name really was at this point?

I will change her name to the name on the stone (Semerie), and make a note for her Census record name. If you could share her gravestone picture to #111097365, I will copy your inscription over to her memorial and we can call it a day? Some of these pioneer family names are tough to sort out!
