Transfers under the following guideline. I've learned a long time ago you can't please everyone and I'm not going to try. For you who like to break the rules, don't waste your or mine time. If your request is outside my guidelines, I will ignore and delate your request.|
Generation 1: your family -- Husband - wife - your children - son-in laws - daughter-in-laws - grandchildren.
Generation 2: your and spouse parents -- Father - Mother - aunts - uncles - 1st cousins - wives and hubands of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Generation 3: Grandparents - their siblings and their children -- huband and wife of siblings and children.
Generation 4: Great Gradparents - their siblings and their children - huband and wife of siblings and children.
NO transfers beyond the great-grandparents and NO transfers of Revolution Soliders or Civil War Soliders or Sailors.
This is a MUST!!! You have to tell me your RELATIONSHIP to the person you want transfered and PROVE if I shoud ask FOR proof. No relatonship...no transfer.
Don't waste my time with: I went school with...I do research for another person would you consider transfering...they were neighbors to my grandparents...I work with this person...they were my neighbors when I was a kid...just this once would consider breaking the rules...ect. ect. ect. If you are not related, forget it. My transfers go to family members who fall within the guide lines.
For you who think there should be no rules and should transfer every request that comes down the pipe, take it up with Find A Grave. They're the ones who set the rules.
CORRECTIONS: For you impatient persons who believe your request should be answered in a 24 hours period of time. Get Real! I may have 30 or 40 other requests before yours comes in. I do answered all corrections but it might take several day or weeks. I don't spent 24-7 at the computer. I know this is hard for you to believe but I do have a life outside the computer. I do have family and friends I spent time with, I have a part time job, yard ward, house keeping, grocery shopping, library research, visiting cemeteries for tombstones to photograph, searching cemeteries for requested tombstones and other chores that has to be do.
MY PERSONAL GOAL: My reason for joining Find A Grave is to presrve graves and their tombstones. That's where the bulk of my time on the computer goes, adding people and their tombstones. Corrections and tranfers are done when I can find extra time in the day. So if it takes me one or two months to answering your requests, so be it. Don't give me any guff, that if I can't keep up with the requests, I should transfer the memorials to someone who can. Get Real!! It won't happen!

Memorial #8320416. May I use your picture of Jill Franklin's headstone? Her youngest son is my son-in-law and I am working on their genealogy. Thank you, Collette.

Richard, one of the volunteers searched the Partin Cemetery at Red Oak for this Wesley Powers, and could not find him. Would you have any more information on this grave site? I have physically searched half the cemeteries in Whitley Co. looking for him. Wesley is my 2nd great grandfather and a civil war veteran. I would love to have a photo of his stone if there is one.

Thanks for the reply. My Find a Grave number is 47802022. "TexasOpa" is my user name. The request is for my grandmother's older sister who died in her second year and was buried in Appleton City, Missouri. None of her siblings remember her because they were all born after she died.
So thanks again for finding and posting Anna's tombstone. You solved a big mystery for us.
Greetings from Texas,

Anna M.T. Herrmann,# 72516490 born 1882 died 1883, was a younger sister to Rosetta Herrmann Baldwin, Rosetta is # 118477973. and she is my maternal GRANDMOTHER. I am manager of her memorial. My mother Mary Frances Baldwin EBERT is from Rosetta's first marriage to Charles Baldwin.
Thank you for posting the photo of Anna Herrmann's grave stone. This was a "brick Wall" in my research because family history said that the first child of William Henry Herrmann was stillborn and I had and I had no name.
Now I would appreciate it if you would transfer the care little Anna's memorial to me. Thanks,
David Ebert. a.k.a. Texas Opa, a member of Find A Grave. Email: email@example.com

|Wills Cemetery||Floyd Pulse|
Floyd Pulse already had two memorial on find A grave. You have added a third with a different spelling. Unfortunately Wills Cemetery has more memorial on find a grave then we have graves. Including people not interred there and people who are still living.

Hello Find A Grave Member,
Vandalia Cemetery is divided in two parts / Audrain County & Ralls County
Cemetery notes and/or description:
This is not to be confused with the northern portion of this same cemetery which falls into Ralls County, Missouri. The Ralls/Audrain county line road divides this cemetery.
Please move all of these to Vandalia Cemetery, Ralls County. I have verified each one of these and they are all in the first row next to the Gravel Road that divides Audrain and Ralls.

Nellie () Robison Memorial# 55357047
Thanks Richard. Pictures are great. I deleted my tacky ones. Doris
