Bio

PLEASE do not send 4 or 5 edits for one person. Edits can be suggested with only one suggested edit area. Bio is the only section that has to be separate. I get over 100 a week from the same people. Eg. middle initial only or middle name, state only, maiden name only, parents only or spouse only, to list a few. Thanks for trying this, it works!!!!!

I lost the love of my life 23 November 2015. We worked on this site together. Our daughter helps too.

PLEASE DO NOT ADD EDITS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE, for example, birthplace/death place is USA or just the state, also if you don't know the exact date for birth or death don't send just the month. PLEASE DO NOT ADD COPIES OF OBITUARIES IN PLACE OF A PICTURE ON MEMORIALS. I take the time to verify your info just to find you took it from a census or the SSDI. If you look at more than one census it often will have different months. Ancestry is NOT always correct. I look up obituaries and often find the person did not die where the SSDI says they did. People often die at a hospital, nursing home or out of state.

I don't mind transferring memorials outside of Find A Grave guidelines but I do mind when people demand transfers or are rude. PLEASE provide your connection, not just"they are a relative" With Ancestry.com having a link to Find a Grave I have had way too many requests like this. I prefer not to transfer outside of guidelines if you have not been a member of Find a Grave very long or don't ""pay it forward " on here, by this I mean adding names other than your relatives or only names from the newspaper and rarely or never adding photos. If I am related I will not transfer. PLEASE include your #. Adding memorials and pictures I have taken takes time as does making edits. No one is perfect!!!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PICTURES I HAVE POSTED AND ADD TO OTHER WEBSITES INCLUDING ANCESTRY.COM You can add the link without copying the picture.

We enjoy taking pictures, walking cemeteries and helping family find family they have been searching for. I am very appreciative that someone took the time to put an aunt and two uncles who died as babies onto Find A Grave. I would have never known where they were buried.
